Sa Le (10/5): - Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal bei Schlüsselübergabe, schnelle digitale Kommunikation, die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht inkl Parkplatz
Dieter (8/5): Die Wohnung war gut aber das Haus ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht zu empfehlen - Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (1/7). Die Lage war super. Man konnte den Strand in max. 5 Gehminuten erreichen und dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung der Wohnung war stets freundlich und angenehm. Das Treppenhaus der Unterkunft war zum Einen unsicher. Der Teppichboden im Treppenhaus war teilweise locker. An einer Stelle war ein Nagel der Halterung des Teppichbodens rausgegangen. Unsicher gerade für Kinder. Die Hausverwaltung wurde von der Verwaltung der Wohnung hierüber informiert. Es folgte aber keine Reaktion der Hausverwaltung. Zum Anderen war das Treppenhaus dreckig. Beispielsweise lag bei unserer Ankunft ein Eisstiel herum, welcher nach 11 Tagen noch immer dort lag. Es ist also keine Reinigung innerhalb der 11 Tage erfolgt und das in der Hauptsaison im Sommer. In Bad der Unterkunft gab es keine Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Die Badheizung war größtenteils verrostet, sodass beim Auflegen von nassen Waschlappen sogar leichte Rostflecken auf diesen verursacht haben. Das Besteck müsste mal ausgetauscht werden da teilweise Rostflecken und stumpf. Da sich die Hausverwaltung (nicht die Wohnungsverwaltung) nicht um die gemeldeten Sicherheitsmängel (am 1 Tag gemeldet) gekümmert hat, können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung Ansicht war in Ordnung.
