• H.L.S. (10/5): Heel fijn hotel op een mooie locatie. - Mooie lokatie met ski-in en ski-out. Nette ruime kamer. Schoon en aardig personeel. Faciliteiten met gym en sauna. Geweldig ontbijt. Jammer dat de eerste lift een sleeplift is maar heeft niets met de accommodatie te maken.

• Silke (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und modernen Ambiente direkt an der Piste … hat halt seinen Preis - Direkt an der Piste ! Modern und sehr sauber. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter - alle zusammen . Tolle Massage und schöner Wellenesbereich. Unser Bett war Sau bequem und das Frühstück voll lecker und alles da ! Das Abendessen im Restaurant haben wir nur einmal genutzt (weil wir tagsüber beim Skifahren gegessen haben und eh nicht die großen Esser sind. Dafür einfach zu teuer : Der Salat mit 25 € zu hoch angesetzt und nicht viel dran und der Ramen war nicht authentisch. Aber mein Rinderfilet mit Pistazienkruste - boah - fein !

• Nathalie (8/5): - Das Zimmer war toll, sehr geräumig, mit unglaublich viel Stauraum Das Haus ist toll renoviert, allerdings sind die aufgehängten Felle toter Pumas auf dem Weg zur Sauna meines Erachtens total fehl am Platz und wirken richtig abstossend.

Pokój przestronny, czysto, śniadania pyszne a po całym dniu jeżdżenia na nartach -odpoczynek w saunie :) Wszystko było w porządku.

There is a lovely ambience in the evening, the bar area is so comfortable for a night of chatting, reading, or getting a drink. An extra shout-out for Vasil, he was the most hospitable barkeep.

• Amy (7/5): Ok but the animal skins and skulls used everywhere for decoration are horrible! - The rooms were spacious and nice. Lovely sun terrace with a great view. Reception staff were very helpful. Good access to the ski slopes (via a drag lift). Great arrangement with one of the ski shops to deliver and collect your skis. Good ski locker room. The taxidermied animals and skulls all over the walls seem very unnecessary and inappropriate - some of our group found them quite disgusting. It spoils an otherwise beautifully decorated and modern hotel. Some of the staff weren’t very polite. Restaurant menu is an odd combination of dishes - hard to select a full meal. You get charged for tap water. Be aware it’s a 10-15mins walk up the hill from town - wouldn’t suit everyone.

• Anthony (9/5): Modern, welcoming ski-in/out hotel in one of the best European resorts - Great location for skiing - setting out and coming back. Although beginners beware - the blue runs above Lech are quite steep. To ski back to the hotel it's best to come from Oberlech, pass underneath the Rud-Alpe and ski down the piste next to the Hinterwies drag lift. Breakfast at the hotel wasn't huge but had enough variety for us for a week. The room was modern, clean and had plenty of storage. The Spa area with sauna and steam was also clean and of high quality. Reception were very helpful in organising ski passes and giving tips on logistics. The bar has a wide selection of drinks and there was always a comfortable seat free. Having a dedicated locker for skis and boots was very welcome. Although we didn't use it there is a games room with table tennis which is good for kids. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to town where you arrive at the Rufikopf gondola and ski bus stop. Whilst the staff are very friendly and welcoming they did often forget drinks orders. A hot-tub would be a welcome addition, perhaps just outside the Spa area.
• Amy (9/5): Incredible trip! - Breakfast was great, although after a week it was a bit boring always having the same selection. But there was enough variety in this to change it up often enough, if you’re not a picky eater. The sauna area was lovely and the ping pong table was also very nice. The ski room was convenient and easy to use. Being able to bring our two pets and have them stay with us in the room was really the best part about our stay though. Made it feel like home at the end of a nice ski day! It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.
• Umut (6/5): Because if the staffs rude and bossy behaviour we spent our free time in our room instead of lobby or restaurant - Clean place and wonderful location to ski in/out The staff was rude, one guy at the reception and one guy at the restaurant were very nice, the other lady at the reception didnt speak english and all others were rude and bossy. The children are not welcome at this place despite it has a kids room they had no tolerance for them. There was a guy at the bar/restaurant section asked us to make a dinner reservation on the very first day 4 times. He also always insists us to drink something from the bar, he was annoying.

Bar staff and restaurant staff, very good and nothing too much trouble Maybe allocate bunks based on age! Top bunks for younger customers who may not need to make visits during the night to the toilets! Also, the light that locates the light button inside the bunk is way too bright. I need darkness to sleep. Maybe find another way to locate it

• Vikas (10/5): Superb, comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. - Very nice resort, with very friendly and helpful staff, and a huge room. The room size and the amenities were very nice. The location is great too, right next to a small T-bar lift so it is easy to get on the slopes. Its a 10 minute uphill walk from the Main Street so if you want to go to the bars, restaurants or shops, its a bit of a trek, esp if you are carrying your skis. But cars can easily reach it.

The rooms are decorated and equipped by the standards of the early 2000's. was a guest of the hotel 13 years ago, unfortunately, the rooms have not changed a lot. sad and strange.

• Joanna (10/5): Wonderful break over New Year - skiing, good food and relaxing - Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and a good size. Nice style too. Breakfast was delicious - they even had waffles!! Our daughter loved the playroom with the lego and playkitchen. Hotel is directly next to the ski piste which meant we could ski in and out. Probably a bit difficult if you are a beginner but great if you can already ski. You can buy your ski pass in the hotel. Great spa area too. Not enough snow :) (no fault of the hotel)
• Reinard (9/5): Very good stay for a skiing holiday in Lech - Perfect base next to the skilift. The hotel is good with all the facilities you need for a skiing holiday. It’s a little uphill from the village of Lech. Breakfast is recommended, service by the hotel staff is good and friendly.
