• Wojciech (1/5): - Broken hob which can get you an electric shock. Dirty place with dust, mold and black marks everywhere. Host who didn't provide enough towels for all guests. He stated that I was trying to blackmail him (money compensation if I skip bad rating) which was not true. Bad ventilation causes that this place stinks. Avoid this place, however it is nicely located...
• Robert (5/5): Nie mogę polecić - Bardzo dobre instrukcje przed przyjazdem, wszystko bardzo dobrze wyjaśnione - lokalizacja, sposób zameldowania. Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji blisko plaży i słonego jeziora. Wadliwa instalacja kanalizacyjna powoduje że przy spuszczaniu wody w sedesie woda wypływa na podłogę w łazience co powoduje smród który utrudnia korzystanie z łazienki, nie jest to nowy problem bo pojemnik na szczotkę zostawił rdzę na podłodze, to oznacza że woda tam jest cały czas. Smród utrudniał korzystanie z łazienki. W mieszkaniu było brudno, brudna lodówka, brudne podłogi, brudne szyby i ściany, na przeciwko pustostan który jest częściowo rozebrany - to twój główny widok z balkonu. mimo świetnych instrukcji nie skorzystam ponownie i nie polecę nikomu znajomemu.

• Eszter (8/5): Top floor top flat, in a clean, calm area with sea view and close to shore - Super location, communicative host.The apartment is on the top floor, there is a lift to use. Beach is close. Area is nice and clean, not busy or noisy. Close to the airport: still low noise, good if you rent a car and have to return. Nearest beach is good for plane spotting! The flat has everyting you need. I like that we received all the necessary information about the flat, check-in and out, about Larnaca - places to see and try etc. We enjoyed it, thank you! Oh, not to forget:some amenities were waiting for us on the bed, such a nice touch :)
• Tomasz (9/5): - We were staying as an family: 2 adult + 2 children. Apt had everything you may need: adapters EU-UK (like 5 or 6), fully equiped kitchen, enough glasses and mugs. There was even washing powder in case u'll need to wash something. Designated parking space, internet was working great. There is a small lift in the building. Great place if U are planning to go sightseeing - close to the exit to the main road yet quiet, not a lot of traffic. Near by kiosk, restarant and entrance to the beach.

• Contini (9/5): - Appartamento in un palazzo moderno con ascensore, pulito e accogliente. Ottima posizione: vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a soli 5 minuti dall’aeroporto. Molto gradito l’accorgimento delle due bottigliette d’acqua e della bustina di tè per ogni ospite. Letti comodi. Presente anche un parcheggio riservato il parcheggio, riservato, è piuttosto stretto e l’accesso non è semplicissimo.

Poor internet connection in the evening when we actually wanted to sit and watch netflix No pans in the kitchen for cooking No exhaust fan in the toilet and it just has a foul stench throughout the day tea kettle was not clean. Still had water from previous users Bedroom TV was faulty. The remote was dodgy and TV won't work correctly Worse thing - The bed. It was not comfortable at all. My wife slept on the sofa because of the hard mattress. I complained but did not get much help and still waiting on partial refund from the owner. We decided to leave the rental just before 2 nights and had to check in to a local hotel to spend our holiday. Probably the worse place we stayed in so far. I will not recommend to anyone.

• Eva (9/5): Our stay was great thank to the host, who was always ready to help with questions and advises. - Very comfy, option to use the sofa as bed. 5min walk to the beach and different restaurants and coffeehouses I would suggest to replace the kettle. It is very old and has residue on the bottom.

• Michal (8/5): Nice apartment for a short stay - A small cute apartment suitable for a couple, close to the airport. A lot of construction noise around and airplanes, a little small bed, when it rains there is a lot of water on the balcony
• Katerina (9/5): Superb - We liked the location - in quiet and calm street, but still in a good distance to go to Larnaca, there are tavernas about 10min walk, the same with small shops (kiosks), and also nice beach. Parking is possible in front of the house. Nice view from balcony. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We received a gift - wine and water from the owner, thank you :). The bed was narrow, but no problem, you can use the sofa, which is comfortable enough :). It´s true there was some noise from the construction close to the house, but that is not an owner fault, and it wasn´t that anoying, just maybe consider ear plugs, it helped me.
• Anton (5/5): There are a few issues, which is why the price seems a bit on the high side - The apartment manager is quick to respond, and the property is conveniently located near the sea with its own parking. The presence of effective air conditioning units and a ceiling fan adds to the comfort of the space. The cleaning remains subpar even after the second attempt, the pillows are of poor quality, and the bed linens have an unpleasant odor. Additionally, construction work starts outside the window every day at 7:30 AM and continues until 4:00 PM, as there are three houses under construction nearby. The front door is exceedingly thin and has a bad lock. Communication is not with the apartment owner but with the management company. They have assured us that they will address and rectify these issues.
• Lawcg (10/5): Exceptional - Really great place - close to the beaches and airport, it has a couple of small shops nearby, as well as the bus station just 2 min away. It's on the 3rd floor, but there's an elevator, quiet building, has a cool balcony, TV and internet, plus fridge and washing machine included. The bed could have been better.
