Emma (2/5): Very average, would not book again. - Check in process horrible- no message to let us know about the check in process, went to location then had to drive 10mins to get the key and then back. Booked through hotel site- turned out to be air bnb style booking. No shower gel or products to use in the room. Room tired and old, poorly maintained. Internet said details on the router- nil password provided. Poor communication- high security bond at $500. Room poorly maintained and tired. Nil bathroom products supplied. Poor communication impacting on ease of check in.

Joanne (9/5): Fabulous location, close to the beach with amazing amenities, - Great location - close to the beach and also in the more quiet section of the resort. The apartment included everything you need for a family holiday.
Diane (5/5): We had a lovely time but think the appartment is very expensive for what it is. - The location was excellent, a very short walk to a beautiful beach, 2 beautiful pools, shops and cafes within the resort. A great view from the appartment. Close to a supermarket and many other fab beaches. The appartment is very small. There is no air conditioning in the main bedrrom. The kitchen is very tired. The check in on line was complicated and tiresome. My main complaint is the smoke alarms were not maintained and went off and even though we called LJ hooker immediately they were not replaced until the next day, causing us a great deal of inconvenience. When I went to reception to complain, having waited several hours, one of the staff members was very rude.
