• Jill (10/5): Highlight of our trip! - This large beautiful clean charming1940's apartment in Prati made our 3 week trip to Rome fantastic! It's bigger and more stylish than the pictures on booking.com. Our list of pro's - Large apartment with high ceilings and wooden parquetry floors with lots of windows to let in the natural light and air. - Prati is a lovely safe area , tree lined boulevardes with small restaurants and cafes ( one is downstairs 😃) - When we went, it was a locals area not a tourist area. - Big comforable king size bed with nice bedding (can accommodate tall people). - Good separate kitchen with a good supply of cooking gear (not master chef standard), with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and coffee pod machine (no toaster or oven). -It has a separate laundry with washing machine, electric dryer( clothes drying rack ,iron, ironing board are in the apartment). - Separate lounge room with door, smart T.V and comfy lounge. - The apartment block is safe and secure and has a charming elevator. - Good communication with our host Lorenzo who came and showed us around the apartment and gave us tips on places to eat in the area (a nice change from the impersonal key boxes). - A large supermarket with everthing you will need (including a good selection of wines and beer) about 50mtrs away. - Easy to find for the taxi. - the apartment is very cosy and warm with controllable central heating in every room. - This is not a hotel , it's like an air bnb, you need to clean up after yourself ,all the equipment is available for this.(cleaning might be available , we didn't ask Lorenzo, but we think it could be an extra charge🤷‍♀️. Our list of con's -Prati is a little bit away from the centre of Rome : 900 mtrs to the Vatican. : about 3kms to the Colosseum. We loved this as we walked everywhere,getting our steps in so we could eat more pasta and drink more wine😆. Loved it all.

Everything we needed was provided for our stay and the air conditioning was very helpful in such a hot July in Rome! Close to a large supermarket, some very local cafes and many bus routes (the metro was under renovation on our dates), easy to get to all the sights.

Plenty of space within and all the amenities mentioned were present. Moreover the neighbourhood was very peaceful with friendly people and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The best part was transport was very easily available - be it public (the main bus stop is just a 30s walk away from the apartment) or private taxis. The owner was extremely well behaved and available at all times for any information we needed. NOTHING
• Suzy (10/5): Perfetto! - Lorenzo is a very welcoming host. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. Great AC, shower, remote controlled shades. Roomy for three. It is right on the bus lines and a short walk to the metro. Prati is a lovely, non-touristy neighborhood.
• Jianbo (10/5): Absolute love our stay and will come back again! - Very spacious and modern, convenient located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded with authentic Italian restaurants. There is a large supermarket just next door. Close to metro line A that can take you to all major attractions. 15 to 20 mins walk to Vatican museums and St. Peter’s square. A little bit walk (about 10 min) to the metro station.

• Yasmin (10/5): Amazing stay for Rome trip - The apartment is newly renovated, has a very generous layout and is comfortably equipped. The kitchen has also everything you need for a convenient stay. The location is perfectly accessible by a various choice of buses leaving just in front of the door. A supermarket just downstairs offers everything you need. Lorenzo is a very friendly host that gives you also recommendations on restaurants and thing to visit in Rome. Overall it was a great experience and I can totally recommend everybody staying here.
• Andreas (9/5): Great host and appartment! - Great host, fast and easy communication via Whatsapp. Decent, clean, brand new accommodation with all necessary facilities available. Very good recommendations for local restaurants by the host. Supermarket just next door, open everyday from 7:30 to 22:00. Late check-ins will cost you €30. City center is 15-20' away but relatively easily accessible by bike.
