• Stoyanov (10/5): Найкращій апартамент в Римі. - Відмінний апартамент в дуже гарному районі Рима. Власниця, це окрема повага. Дуже приємна, професійна та уважна людина. Все дуже чисте, все нове. До основних історичних пам'яток прямий автобус та метро. Самостійне заселення. Дуже тихо. Обов'язково рекомендую та сам буду залишатись ще. Тим більше, що Рим став ще однією постійною локацією. Не було такого. Все дуже добре.
• Balestra (10/5): Roma offre tanto e la struttura in oggetto è un appoggio ideale per visitare la città. - per la colazione abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario: biscotti-tè-tisane- caffè e latte senza lattosio e comunque per i più golosi, a due passi dalla struttura, sulla via principale, si trovano ottimi locali caffè- pasticcerie. tutto è stato perfetto forse si può migliorare la colazione per chi non ha tempo di andare in pasticceria, magari un croissan standard confezionato andrebbe benissimo

• Nuhu (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at Ale’s place! From the moment I booked, she was incredibly friendly and helpful , even guiding me with directions until I got to the Airbnb safely. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, even showing me good spots to eat .The room was exactly as pictured , modern, clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. I loved the level of privacy and how well-equipped the space was with all the amenities I needed. Ale is truly a fantastic host. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend her place, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Thought it would be fun to explore a bit, super nice neighborhood, very quiet at night, have so much good foods nearby. The host Ale is very accommodating and so kind of her to accommodate our check in timing. The room feels so homey and comfy, have room cleaning service everyday which is rare. The kitchen/pantry has everything you need. Ntg!

• Hatice (9/5): Perfect host and perfect room. - The apartment is well furnished and cute, the room contains everything inside you would need. It was really clean. Ale is a wonderful host. She helps for every step. She is so nice and friendly. The location is a bit far from historical city centre, but I was there for business and it was 7 Minutes away by walking, which made my trip easy and perfect. For touristic purposes, metro station is close and many buslines are present from centre. Also a regional train comes directly nearby from airport. A little bit far from city centre.

• Janis (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly host taking care of the guests, helping with exploring the city and finding a parking spot. In fact, it’s possible to use paid street parking right outside the apartment. Apartment is quite cozy, air conditioned, you receive a room with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. We got a complimentary bottle of water and even a yoghurt for breakfast. During the stay a snack bar is available in the kitchen with apples, nuts, sweet pastries and coffee or tea. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the house so you can travel to the city, also a subway station is close but during our stay it stayed open only till 21:00.

There is a small but clean and thoughtfully decorated common kitchen with free coffee, snacks and access to a shared refrigerator. The host, Ale, is very kind and ready to share advise on restaurants or things to see. The location is a short subway ride away from the more touristic areas of Rome and the closest subway station is about 300 meters away. I can highly recommend this B&B! Nothing.

• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - It was absolutely lovely to stay in this place. Ale is honestly the best host I have ever met. She supported us a lot, she recommended tasty, local roman food that we enjoyed very much and gave us some transport tips. We had nice breakfast in the morning and we were able to make ourseleves a tea and a coffee in the common kitchen. The room was big and clean, same as toilet, all detailes were nicely designed. The location is also good, close to the metro station and bus stops, not far away from the city center. In the neighbourhood are few nice coffeeshops to get yourself good choice of paninis etc or restaurants or wineshops - all local. Thank you to Ale and David who also was taking care of maintenance to make this holiday so great.
• Miron (10/5): Perfect! 10/10 - This accomodation is perfect! Was there for 4 nights with my gf and it even exceeded our expectations. The locstion is good, it is super clean thanks to the 'big David' there, there's everything you need ( even the best espresso) :)) Ale- the host ist amazing, very friendly, always in touch, always willing to help and gives great tips for visiting local restourants and places ( she even helps you planning the days and activities) 10/10 😁😁!!
