• Travis (9/5): Ramstein visitor - The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The heated bathroom floor was especially nice. The kitchen was nicely equipped for any need that we had arise and fridge had plenty of space for our groceries and leftovers during the 4 days we visited. The parking situation as another review pointed out was a bit cramped and not labeled. I was told the parking spot closest to the rear of the building was the spot for the apartment by one of the residents. I had a large SUV which was too big to fit there because of the tight turn and equipment that took up the space. The resident asked the other lady if it was ok if I parked there for the 4 days I was visiting and she agreed. Secondly, the apartment had a different smell. Not unbearable but not the usual smell you expect in a temporary lodging apartment. I would equate it to cut up lettuce and onions which was only present inside the apartment and not in the stairwell outside the front door.
• Elijah Simpson (1/5): Ruined our families graduation trip. - This place is a scam! Blatant fraud. Stay away at all costs! They will rip you off and then try to get booking to charge you even though you packed up and left within a matter of hours of being there. The neighbors don't want you there; the hall reeks of urine; the (assigned but not marked) "parking" is the covered in trash and the neighbors will flip out if you park anywhere else; the door doesn't seal well and if you bring pets there will be cats in the hall outside the door meowing/hissing as your dogs bark at it (or multiple we couldn't tell); the neighbors will be beating on the door ringing the door buzzer and calling the intercom; the neighbors will be blaring music/TV the the point the wall is rumbling; there is what use to be a above ground pool and is now a algaeand bug filled cesspool in the back yard. Then, after all that, the property owner will message you outside the booking application to tell you that you need to take the dogs with you. Finally, the cherry on top; they will report to booking that you did some astronomically hyperinflated costs for damages. So baring you want to end up with hysterical dogs because they can not get calmed down due to everything going on and ripped off by the property for damages AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We ended up driving to 3 different towns in the area during the weekend of a ball+graduation weekend just to find a replacement property big enough for our family. Picture included is quoted at 360€ in damages. It's a metal door with latex paint.
• Felix (8/5): - Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Wohnungseinrichtung war umfangreich, modern und zweckmäßig. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert. Es gab keine Terrasse und keinen direkten Zugang zum Garten (Grillplatz). Im Bad roch es stark nach Ablauf. Die Wohnung roch wie eine ehemalige Raucherwohnung. Das Mehrparteienhaus machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck.

• Aliki (8/5): Es hat uns sehr gefallen, dass es im ersten Stock war. Angenehm überrascht waren wir über den anliegenden Parkplatz. Wir - Es war alles sehr, sehr hochwertig im Haus. Alles war da was man brauchte. Sehr sauer und sehr angenehm zusammengestellt Der Smart TV hatte Internet Programme aber keins der üblichen Sender, wie ZDF, RTL, SAT etc. weder konnte man AFN Programme sehen- es wäre aber sehr ratsam dieses nochmals zu überdenken und evtl. zu installieren, da wir Gäste der naheliegenden US Base überwiegend sind.
• Janez (10/5): Great apartment to live in - Great apartment with all things needed. There is even an outside siting area where you can grill some food or just sit and have a chat. Very friendly owner and neighbours. There is even a golf place very close with a restaurant, pluse some other restaurants in vicinity.

• Jack (10/5): Great stay. Very clean. Huge TV. Fast internet - Fast internet. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Easy parking. Huge living room TV. Kitchen had an American fridge and a Nespresso machine. King bed in master.

• Monica (10/5): - Apartamentul este foarte spatios, frumos mobilat, curat si dispune de toate facilitatile necesare, inclusiv loc de parcare. Acesta se afla intr-o localitate relativ micuta, linistita dar cu acces facil si rapid catre orasele mai mari din apropiere. Gazda foarte cooperanta, raspunde repede, comunicare directa scris/vocal. O cazare la care m-as intoarce cu siguranta!

• Melanie (8/5): Traumhaft schöne Wohnung mit minimalem Verbesserungswünschen - Die Wohnung war super sauber und hatte eine extrem hochwertige Ausstattung und ist seeeehr geräumig. Die junge Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe war super freundlich. Mir hat für eine Ferienwohnung in diesem Preissegment ein bisschen was gefehlt,dies ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Nachtabsenkung der Heizung war Abends ziemlich zu merken, leider fehlte hier die Decke um sich aufm dem Sofa etwas einzukuscheln. Fernsehen war leider nur mit streaming Diensten möglich. Mein Mann ist leidenschaftlicher Koch, wir kennen es aus Ferienwohnung das eine kleine Sammlung an Gewürzen vorhanden ist( Salz,Pfeffer und Paprika), wir haben leider nur Salz gefunden. Aber wie gesagt das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber leider ist die Wohnung nächstes Jahr laut booking um einiges teurer.
