• Oleksandr (9/5): - Great location, close to grocery store, bakery, restaurants. Nice apartment, parking, has playground for kids at the back and attached deck. 30 min walk to old town attractions. I think it will be even greater in a summer. Steep external stairway that is covered in snow/ ice in a winter. They remove it quickly, but during a snowstorm it is a challenge. There were also several appliencies scratched or broken, but nothing major and generally there was a replacement

• Ilona (10/5): - Beautiful, cozy, clean place with the parking lot in the back of the house in a quite, nice part of Quebec City.
• Gaelle (9/5): Les deneigeurs , isolation phonique et thermique. - La décoration est simple chic et agréable, confort des lits et canapé. L agencement est spacieux et aéré. L air frais passe par le dessous de porte d entrée. Les escaliers et stationnement étaient pleins de neige et glace très dangereux pour l accès arrière particulièrement vendredi et samedi... puis dans la nuit à 4h30 du matin nous avons tous été réveillé le dimanche par des deneigeurs d immeubles ,de toit , stationnement, escaliers qui frappaient le pelle fort et raclant la glace qui chutait densement, si fort que les murs en tremblaient partout ...Après 30 min... nous n en pouvions plus... nous leur avons demander de finir plutard.. je me levais pour une séminaire important quelques heures après, les enfants se sont réveillés..... insonorisation compliquée..

• Tobi (9/5): - Great appartment in the heart of old-limoilou ! Everything about the place was good, except the thrid bed, which is a sofa-bed in the living room. This is the only element of the place that could be improved. Otherwise, 2 great bedrooms and a very nice kitchen !

• Soucy (10/5): Everything was perfect.so so clean and closed to all the events we had that day!!! - Very clean, quiet and the emplacement was perfect! The average was hard to find as there was no light to show the adress. Also was confusing while we going the 319 on the mailbox it said 321. May be next time it would be great to have an outdoor light on before the check in?? (It’s getting dark around 4ish this time of the year) ;). Other than that everything was perfect!!

• Franck (8/5): - Logement spacieux et conforme aux photos et à la description. Propreté impeccable et très bien équipé. Pour des voyageurs arrivant de nuit, des infos plus précises de parking et d'accès au logement seraient bienvenues : Emplacement du parking dans la ruelle non visible car l'endroit n'est pas éclairé. Même chose pour le numéro du logement non indiqué sur la boite aux lettres mais uniquement en noir à côté de la porte donc invisible quand il fait nuit (1er étage non éclairé).

• ADELINA (9/5): road trip au Québec en famille - Tout était parfait, nous avons passés 2 nuits dans ce logement mais nous aurions pu y passer une semaine complète, très bien équipé, très joli, super calme..... on se sentait comme à la maison ne changez rien, juste on ne savait pas si on pouvait utiliser le balcon

Les explications pour l'arrivée et l'accès étaient très précises; Dans l'appartement les recommandations pour le fonctionnement et l'utilisation des différentes installations nous ont bien aidés. L'équipement est exceptionnel, vaisselle, appareils électroménagers ( laveuse, sécheuse, lave vaisselle), tout est neuf et très propre. Il y avait quelques capsules de café à disposition. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse. Rien

Déjeuner au restaurant très près de notre location. Nous avons visité le Musée des beaux arts de Québec et nous nous sommes rendus en voiture. Rien. Tout était parfait pour nous.

• Veronique (9/5): Lovely and comfortable, well located. - Very lovely apartment and well located. We enjoyed our stay and would come back on our next trip. It’s spacious enough for a familly, dinning table is also of reasonable size, and overall comfortable. The pictures on the walls are very pretty too. The air conditioning unit probably needs service and did not really cool the place, and there was no air flow with windows open. We didn’t expect so warm weather in October, so we were still overall very happy with our stay.

• Celine (8/5): - Très bel appartement, spacieux et idéalement situé. Le quartier est agréable avec toutes les commodités à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour pratique et plaisant. En revanche, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse en raison de travaux, et les nuisances sonores ont commencé très tôt le matin (perceuses à percussion). Malheureusement, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé malgré ces désagréments, ce qui a été décevant. Dommage, car le logement a vraiment beaucoup de potentiel.

• Hardev (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - The location was central. It was a very clean unit even tho it was in an older neighbourhood. Excellent communication from the host. Unfortunately, it has one split AC in living/dining area. But it covered all bedrooms after running for some time. Suggest to have at least fans in bedrooms to beat the extremely hot days.

• Emilia (10/5): Nice neighbourhood - Well situated in nice neighbourhood Limoilou. Far from touristy crowds There was no soap, shower gel, shampoo, no paper towels either. Those items would have been welcome
• Maria (1/5): Not recommend - The location was fine We were very unhappy with this Airbnb. About a week before the check in, I sent an email to the host asking them to leave us at least 5 large towels. The answer came a few hours before we checked-in: "No problem, we will provide you with extra towels." When we arrived, there were only 4 towels. Then We decided to sit down to eat (we needed to heat up food in the microwave). When I opened the microwave, it was dirty. Unclean / dusty dishes. I took a photo and emailed the host. The girl who answered the email was very nice and friendly and immediately responded to my complaints. She sent her team to clean the microwave and bring us extra towels. Towards the evening, we discovered that there were no additional air conditioning in the rooms, the only one was in the living room/dining area and it is so weak that you can only feel it when you are standing close to the AC. (The temperature in the rooms was 25-26°) The next find out that there was no soap, shampoo, or hair conditioner in the bathroom. Luckily for us, there is a drugstore next to the Airbnb, so I had to go and buy all the bathroom necessities. In addition to all this, the host also asking to remove the bed linen, collect all the towels and put them in the bathroom, and throw out the trash before you leave the room. This is my first experience of a guest having to clean up after themselves. But that wasnt even the problem. The problem is that if the host  asking you to remove the bed linen, then they have to make sure that the guests do not see how dirty the pillows and mattresses are. Place protectors on your mattresses and pillows. Just look at the photo of the washing machine. This machine washes towels and bed linen that people use. Thank you for such a poor experience. In the future, I will be more serious about choosing a place to stay.
