Tessa (3/5): Thank goodness the pool and BBQ area was so nice. - Location and Pool area The appartment was very very dated especially the kitchen and wardrobes. Things were broken - shower door, shutters, ranchslider, and the appartment was dirty. Extremely disappointing !!

Julie (4/5): Would not recommend this property. - Location excellent. Spacious rooms. Key collection very difficult in dark. Poorly maintained property, doors to balconies didn't close properly. Fixtures broken. Iron board collapsed. Messages from property manager abrupt.
Astrid (4/5): Great location, disappointing apartment, lacked cleanliness. - Location was ideal, very easy to access local restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Pool area was great. Parking was generous & it was easy to gain access to our room. Bathroom was dirty & mouldy, door handle to shower was broken so door didn't close properly, bed bases were either broken or stained, the master bed sank into a hole in the middle of the bed. Washing machine had mould all through the seal. Blankets were filthy, but were replaced when I escalated to booking agent. There were dead bugs on the beds, in a "freshly made up room". There was substantial dust, under the beds which irritated our allergies until I vaccuumed on day 3. There was only 1 bin bag provided for a 10 day stay. A new build is occurring immediately next door, work starts at 6.45am daily, so forget a sleep in. The curtains didn't cover the windows properly, so even if the building work didn't wake you, the sun streaming in did.
