Maria Clara (3/5): Problemas graves de humedad y falta mantenimiento - - Excelente ubicación en pleno San Telmo. - El patio y la vegetación son muy lindos y la pileta podría ser un gran atractivo si estuviera mejor cuidada. . La casa tiene un problema SERIO de humedad y moho. El olor es muy fuerte e insalubre; hizo difícil la estadía incluso en solo dos noches. -.La limpieza es deficiente: telas de araña, polvo y suciedad visible en varios ambientes. -.El baño de abajo y la cocina muestran deterioro y falta de mantenimiento. .- La parrilla estaba sucia y con una pata rota sostenida por piedras. .- El wifi no tiene buen alcance. - En general, el estado real del lugar no coincide con lo que se espera de un alojamiento preparado para recibir huéspedes.
