• Le Chevalier (6/5): - Clean appartement, no noise from the street, not far from underground. Paperthin walls. It's a shame because the window are very soundproof, but the walls are so thin I could hear our nextdoor neighbour going to the bathroom... Neighbourhood not so nice, but we didn't have any problems there. You probably wont go for an evening walk.

• Sergio (8/5): - Me gustó la organización previa y la comodidad de las instalaciones. La habitación en general muy bien pero hay algunas cosas que nombrar, la mayoría externas. No me gustó que se escuchaba literalmente todo de la habitación de al lado, llegaban tarde y parecía que estaban intentando abrir nuestra puerta de lo pegados que están y se escuchaban hasta las conversaciones. El agua caliente de la ducha ni tanto ni tampoco... Además durante nuestra estancia el horno no funcionaba y podrían al menos recibir con sal o aceite para poder cocinar sin necesidad de gastar tanto dinero en todo esto. No lo recomiendo para personas con un mínimo de dificultad en subir escaleras ya que eran muy estrechas e inclinadas.
• Giorgia (2/5): very poor quality for the money paid, very thin walls, poor kitchen facilities - view of Trellik tower from the window could hear everything that was happening in the next door studios even people flushing in the bathroom, kitchen facilities not enough, bathroom often had no warm water coming out of the electric shower, very small and hard towels.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect for our stay. - Lovely clean and warm room. Great location close to Portabello Road and some convenient shops, pubs and tube. Perfect for our stay. Nice host, good communication and easy check in. Everything was great. 👍 Nothing.

• Barbora (8/5): Very good - Clean and cozy. Really less than 10 minutes walk from Underground, nice pubs close, very good location, the flat is well equipped. Easy check-in and out. The street is extremely busy even at night, the walls are paper thin and windows old. You can feel the wind from outside even when the windows are closed, you can hear every car from outside and you can hear every word and step of all neighbours. So it is not ideal if you need to get some sleep. Otherwise everything was very good.
• Zoranivkov (8/5): Decent for the price we paid - Clean. Collecting the keys was easy. The price was comparatively low for London. Not a nice area of London. The shower cabin is extremely small. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

• Herb (1/5): Useless host...49 of 67 hours there was no hot water. no apology, no compensation, just lies!! - We rented this property for 67 hours, 49 of which there was no hot water. There was never an apology offered, whoever communicated with us online never identified themselves. Plus, they lied to me three times!...whilst I attempted to get my point across to you, by using capital letters, that the problem was not resolved. . First they said the fuse was off...I informed you that it was not off... Then, they repeated that the fuse was off...I again informed them that it was not off... Then, they said you could not get a technician on a Sunday! Engineers are available 24/7 for emergency situations. Then they called me rude because of the notes I sent trying to make them aware that the situation had not been resolved. And they refused to make any refund.
• Ana (8/5): It was a great place to stay for a few days or even for long stays. - The property was very comfortable. Very tidy and clean. The shower worked very well and the kitchen was well equipped to cook some meals at home. Also very easy to get around London from this place, lots of bus stops nearby.
• Bilal (1/5): Never again , avoidable - What I like was the cleanliness of the place Sofa and bed was of very bad quality.. Only two towels were provided for a couple and we stayed three days On asking the host to give us one more one more towel , they refused ... No cleaning service offered even if you stay for a few days Shower is horrible, we had to leave it on for 20 min in order to get the hot water
• Kasthuri (8/5): Pleasant stay - Very clean,comfortable, spacious , studio apartment with a well equipped kitchen. We were allowed early drop off of bags 11.30am. The host replied promptly to our queries. 1 set of towels for 5 night stay. No aircondition.
