När vi skulle prata med dom som har hand om boendet så får man skriva via WhatsApp. Finns ingen personal på plats att fråga. Då fick vi bara till oss att det var vårat fel och att vi hade bokat ett studiorum som hade en säng och ingen bäddsoffa. Även fast vi skickade bild på vad vi hade bokat. Då bad vi iallafall om vi kunde få ett till täcke så två vuxna män slapp iallafall att dela täcke om vi nu skulle dela säng. Vi frågade två gånger och blev ignorerade båda gångerna. Usel service och tillmötesgående. Inte superfräscht på toaletten med fläckar överallt och sängarna var inte alls sköna heller.

Nous avons pris la chambre l’après-midi même pour le soir et une fois sur place, un vigile nous a demander de contacter un numéro, qui nous a dit d’attendre 10 minutes. Apres ces 10 minutes d’attente, le numéro nous dit que la réservation est annulée. Nous n’avons donc pas pu accéder à un logement et avant dû faire une autre réservation.
