• Anamaria (2/5): Very dirty appartment - . The apartment was really dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were awfully dirty and i was not able to talk to a human being, just robots. I was wiping the floors myself the next morning and cleaned the floors with the mop. After comtinuously talking to the robot, they sent someone the next day and changed the sheets and cleaned again the floors. There is no place to dry the dishes. The walls are cracked and dirty, the small table under the TV is broken. The windows are horribly dirty and the curtains are filled with oily stuff
• Csaba (1/5): Átverés! Senkinek sem ajánlom, konkrétan szétfagytunk. 18,4 fok volt a max, amit bírt a fűtő panel. - A fűtés nem működött, ezért megfagytunk, és megbetegdtünk. Haza jöttünk egy éjszaka után, és nem kaptuk vissza a pénzünket, hiába kértem. Ha van eszed, akkor nem mész oda, ennyi. Nekünk tönkretette a látogatásunkat. Egy évvel ezelőtt más is panaszkodott emiatt, amit mi sajnos nem láttunk, utólag olvastuk. De ezek szerint azóta sem érdekli a tulajt, hogy megfagyasztja az ott lakókat. A hírdetésben szerepel, hogy VAN FŰTÉS, ami egy nagy hazugság. Szánalmas, hogy 2025-ben itt tartunk...már luxusnak számít a Standard szobahőmérséklet (21 fok)?

• Volodymyr (3/5): - Розташування, хороше ліжко, гаряча вода, wi-fi. Не дуже чисто.Найгірше,це дуже холодно,вранці температура повітря була 15.8°.Шумно від сусідів,це не квартира,а якесь приміщення після магазину,+ ще,і потребують додаткової реєстрації усіх проживаючих.
• Serhii (1/5): Okropne warunki - W mieszkaniu było tylko 14 stopni. Wszystko było brudne, w koszach znajdowały się śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach. W drzwiach była szczelina, przez którą wiał zimny wiatr, a na zewnątrz panował mróz. Nasz nastrój został całkowicie zepsuty i wyjechaliśmy tego samego dnia. Przyjechaliśmy z małym dzieckiem i nie mogliśmy sobie wyobrazić, że za takie pieniądze mogą panować tak złe warunki.

• Gómez Gómez (1/5): Pésima - Hola, Quiero dejar clara mi absoluta indignación con la experiencia en su apartamento. Desde el primer momento fue un desastre. Había chinches, algo totalmente inaceptable en cualquier alojamiento mínimamente digno. La calefacción no funcionaba y, pese a que una semana antes le preguntamos específicamente por esto —porque uno de los integrantes del viaje sufre bronquitis y asma—, usted nos aseguró que todo estaba “perfectamente”. Pues bien: la temperatura dentro del apartamento no subió de 16 grados, mientras afuera estábamos a –3ºC. Una situación peligrosa para cualquiera, pero especialmente grave para una persona enferma. Y para colmo, la comunicación fue nefasta. Cuando le informamos del problema nos tuvo hasta las 2 de la mañana esperando una solución, dándonos largas sin aportar absolutamente nada. Su idea de “compensación” —un 25% de devolución y permitirnos salir a las 12:00 en lugar de las 10:00— me parece una tomadura de pelo, totalmente insuficiente y casi insultante teniendo en cuenta lo que vivimos. Pero lo peor vino el último día: a las 10:00 en punto nos golpearon la puerta de manera agresiva para echarnos del apartamento, a pesar de que usted mismo había confirmado que podíamos salir a las 12:00. Ese trato fue inaceptable y totalmente fuera de lugar.

• Taisiia (7/5): - Großzügige Wohnung, super Ausstattung – es stehen wirklich viele Geräte zur Verfügung. Sehr sauber, die Lage ist nah an den Öffis. Außerdem eine sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung liegt nahe an der Straße und am Gehweg; darüber hinaus hört man viele Geräusche von den Nachbarn oben und vom Korridor auf der anderen Seite. Es ist wirklich sehr laut. Wenn Sie einen sensiblen Schlaf haben, ist es fast unmöglich zu schlafen. Nur deswegen 7 Punkte.

• Lenka (8/5): - Dobrá lokalita, pohodlné, příjemné ubytování. Dobrá komunikace. Byli jsme tam s rodinou jednu noc, vzhledem k tomu, bylo ubytování zcela dostačující a za dobrou cenu. Není parkování hned u ubytování. Táhlo pod vstupními dveřmi. Byli jsme 4, ale měli jsme jen 3 ručníky.

• Vlatko (1/5): I would give 0 rating. - Location I will start with the heating as the winter is coming and I booked this apartment for 13 nights , the rest of facilities were OK. The heating was working only in the bedroom barely 18 degrees (one heating panel on the sealing per room which was about 4 meters high), if I wanted to go in the living room, kitchen or WC I had to dress up like going out. I asked them about heating problem (which I believe was deliberately switched off because the controller for the living room and the kitchen was not working?!?!?!) and for two days they could not fix it. The "private entrance" strait from the street and some of the windows have gap so cold air gets in, together with no heating = freezing. Above the apartment people (actually they are more "horses" then people) are running literally from 7AM until 11PM and sounds like you have big drums above your head. Basically no sound isolation at all. Plus are garbage people coming at 8AM to collect it, and you hear them puling the trolleys to the truck and back. Overall, I had great time in Vienna, but this very bad experience.
• Anja (4/5): Disappointing - The main bed was very comfortable. The location was also okay. The shower was leaking and the water was flowing into the kitchen. The handle of the toilet door was broken as well as the bathroom door. The apartment also seemed to have not been cleaned properly. The floors were lifting. The fridge had a weird smell and it was dirty. There were only two towels provided, a handtowel or a towel for the floor (after the shower) would have been nice.
• Luna (1/5): Better to find another place! - The location. Quiet area of town, not that far from the city center (10 minutes by U-bahn without change). Close proximity to restaurant, shops and supermarket (there is a Billa in less than 200 meters). Almost everything. The apartment is located in an old building and it's not equipped for four people. It's barely enough for two... The bedroom is really small, with just one bed and a wardrobe; the kitchen is fine but doesn't have a fridge or a coffee machine (and it says it does on booking). Also the sofa in the living room doesn't open ....so the two people who sleep there they have to sleep all cramped up in a small space. When you are in the apartment you have to leave the keys in the door, otherwise it doesnt lock...so if two people (or more) want to go out at different times, the other have to close the door after him/her. The host doesn't provide two sets of keys.... Bathroom is small and divided in two separate rooms...one for the wc one for the shower and the sink. The rooms weren't really clean and, worst of all, we found out there were BUGS... we saw one on the wall the first night and then we saw another one the day after on the table. If it was flies or ants or even other bugs we would't have minded, but it was COACKROACHES and this means the apartment is not sanitary. Really different than what was presented on booking.
• Sama (7/5): Good - My parents stayed in this apartment for 15 nights, and overall, they had a good experience. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, although a drying rack for wet plates would have been helpful. The two large fans were a great addition, especially during the summer heat. There are a couple of things that could be improved: the shower cabin door didn't close properly, which caused some water to spill onto the bathroom floor, and the living room window seemed to be broken. With these issues addressed, this place could be even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and my parents enjoyed their time here.
• Corina (5/5): Passable - The location is quiet and close to public transportation (around 5 minutes to bus and metro). We were lucky that we came in weekend because the parking is free. For a night was ok, but for the price we paid, we were expecting better. The couch was not comfortable to sleep on.
• Anastasiia (1/5): This experience was extremely negative! Very dirty! Absolutely dissatisfied! - Nothing! Worst experience! Probably the worst apartment we have ever stayed in! From the very first moment we entered, we were met with a horrible smell, dampness, and a warped floor. The apartment was very dirty: the toilet was leaking, the shower drain was clogged, all the walls were dirty, and the towel holder was broken. Our booking was for 4 people, but when we started to unfold the sofa, we found dirty bedding inside, which smelled very unpleasant. The sofa itself was broken, with a huge dip on one side, making it impossible to sleep on! The closet contained bed linen, two blankets, and two pillows, but in a separate compartment, there was a dirty, crumpled sheet – there was nothing to sleep on! The kitchen utensils were in terrible condition, all very dirty! There was also an odd feature in the apartment – a large knife was inserted into the window. I don't know why it was there, but the windowsill is very low, and if you are traveling with children, this is extremely dangerous. The apartment is located on the ground floor, more like a tobacco shop than an apartment, resulting in very stale air, making it awful to stay there! Overall, this experience was extremely negative! Absolutely dissatisfied!
