• Markus (4/5): Schade!!! Urlaub meiner Verwandten verdauen. - Gut und kompetent die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Es gut 2 Toiletten. Das Appartement war wohl eigentlich ein ehemaliges Ladenlokal! Es liegt verkehrsgünstig, allerdings direkt neben einer Straßenbahnstrecke. Das Wohnzimmer (ehemalige Verkaufsraum) hat nur eine einfache Glasscheibe ebenso die Eingangstür. Daher alles sehr laut! Bad und Küche sollten meiner Meinung nach vor der nächsten Vermietung renoviert werden!!! Möbel sind teilweise zusammengebrochen!!! Kann passieren, allerdings bei dem Eindruck der Möbel eher nicht. Die Liste ist lang. Das Objekt hat Potenzial allerdings bitte erstmal etwas investieren und nicht nur abkassieren!

This has been the single worst accommodation I entered in my 15 years on booking.com. It's nothing like on the photos, it is an old office space with few added furnitures. The premises are directly behind a plastic door / wall with glass that is sprayed (see the photos). We refused to stay in. When you are in the premise you literally feel like you are on a street, as there is no noise isolation whatsoever, you can hear the tram and every car and you can see all of the light from the street (you can even see the silhoutes of people walking). Its impossible to imagine sleeping in these conditions. The lock is very poor / works on code, the door feels really weak and does not offer any sense of security. There is also a 30 sec timer and you have to hold the door so it locks. There was no renovation done to the floor, walls, ceiling or anything really beyond buying few extra furniture. The premise has damaged & colored floor all over, dirty sofa. There is only one small bathroom with a shower hidden behind a small kitchen that again feels nothing like on the photos. The other 'bathroom' is just a toilet.

• cyril (7/5): Bien situé mais très bruyant - La literie est parfaite, la situation dans un très bon quartier de Berlin, facile d'accès, très spacieux pour un groupe Le BRUIT! le tram passe juste devant la porte du logement prévoir les boulles quies, pas d'enceinte, la télé ne fonctionne pas, une seule salle d'eau pour 8 personnes, l'équipement et la deco sont vieillissants. Manque de la vaisselle bref le propriétaire pourrait remettre un coup de neuf et mieux équipé le logement.
• Callum (5/5): Okay for a short stay - It was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen facilities allowed us to make dinner. The apartment wasn’t very clean and the pictures didn’t match up completely to what the apartment actually looked like. The group of 8 that stayed there smashed 3 glasses which we paid to replace but the host tried to tell us we had broken the kitchen door which was already broken when we arrived (thankfully i had taken pictures to prove that it wasn’t us). The bed sheets for the pull out couch were stained with makeup showing a that they hadn’t been changed so we had to change them.

• Martyna (10/5): I highly recommend this place for group of friends or family. Jamal, thank you for being so helpful! - Location and atmosphere are the undoubted advantages of this place. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. None! Everything was great.
