• Dominika (9/5): A comfortable and conveniently located stay with friendly staff - The location is good - close to Dotonbori but quiet, a bit of a walk to main train and underground but nothing dramatic (about 15 minutes to Namba via underground Namba walk). The room has enough space for a single traveler. The amenities are provided downstairs and sufficient. The staff is really friendly, supportive and speaks good English. The breakfast is available but average, compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The hotel seems to be having issues with tourists who engage in odd practices in the hotel and there's ample signage of things you are NOT supposed to do which feels odd and a little hostile. There's an odd sewage smell in the bathroom from time to time, despite following the bath filling instructions, but can be remedied by keeping the bathroom door closed.
• Philippe (8/5): Clean, efficient but small - The location is easily accessible by subway. There is no breakfast although you can grab a drink and a bite freely in the morning. Many toiletries are available. Very small room. We did know the size of the room but didn't take into account that it includes the bathroom. The room is not adapted for having a suitcase, let alone two.

• Angela (5/5): Non smoking room didn't smell good - The location was pretty good if you're wanting to stay in that area. I chose it because it seemed fairly convenient to get around and also for easier access to catch the train for the airport. We had a train station about five minutes away, but that's not the one you use for the airport train. That one was about 10-15 minutes away. We could walk to some main shopping areas as well. The room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. And the next day there was a really musty, funky unpleasant smell...I think it was the bathroom. Considering how many odor sprays they had in the room, it seems to be a general issue. The staff never talked to us unless I approached them. They didn't greet people walking in and didn't even look up when we walked in, which also felt awkward since we had to walk quite close to the desk to get to the elevator. Maybe some people prefer to be ignored unless there's a conversation.
• Kim (10/5): Worth the price, recommended. - The property is very clean, hygiene and tidy. There are drink and snack available in the morning. You can store your luggage even after check out and free of charge. A bit far from subway station but closed to dontonbori street.
