- Fabienne (4/5): Disappointing - The location is really good. There is a hairdryer and the bathroom is unique, but very functional. Shower is strong and doesnt leak, mirror surprisingly doesnt fog up, toilet seat is warmed. We stayed for four nights, our room was not cleaned once, we asked on the second day and they told us that the room is only cleaned every second day, well, it wasn’t. The beds are super uncomfortable and the airconditioning which you unfortunately really need here in summer blows down right on your neck. Pictures of the room are missleading, the rooms are tiny. When checking out, get everything out of your room before the check out time at 10:00, they will block your access card at 09:55. Elevator is very slow.
- Chris (8/5): Very good - Great location. Clean, stylish hotel. The hotel would not confirm that they would accept the delivery of my luggage from Sagawa in Tokyo Station so I had to carry it to the hotel myself. I would've expected this to be a standard service.
- Maike (5/5): I wouldn't come back - Short walking distance to Shibuya Station and Harajuku Station. We got extra pillows after asking. Rooms were already very tiny and also very inefficiently furnished. Stains on carpet, walls, furniture, blankets.
