- Dominic (10/5): Perfect for family/s getaway - Location right across the road frok beach access, Emu Park beaches are nicer than Yeppoon and brilliant playgrounds and parks, house has lots of rooms and beds for large family or families, great big deck overlooking the water, quiet and peaceful. House was a little dusty though easy to air out, we replaced the batteries in the tv remote and coukdnt get the dvd player to work for the many kids movies there, could've just been us.

We have a boat so can keep a eye on the ocean conditions walking distance to beach pub and shop Fridge a problem. Even turned up to high.
Food and drinks were gaining condensation.
We read notes. And had blind in kitchen down and closed

The compendium in the house explained about its history - used as a great typical family holiday home, and we could relate so well to this.
Amenities upstairs had all been kept modernised to make our stay great, and kitchen was well equipped.
Extra shower and toilet downstairs were a great asset too. Steps should probably be one of the next things to be updated as the carpet tread on them was coming off in places - a potential safety issue.
- Nancy (6/5): We enjoy our stay at Emu Park. - The house is in a beautiful location. I feel if there was more kitchen items and household items renewed the house would be a lot more comfortable for guests.
If these thing where replaced we definitely would come back to this house. The kitchen cupboards needed cleaning
The pot and pans needed cleaning
The mattress protectors need renewing
The controller on the washing machine doesn’t work properly
The power point for the dryer doesn’t work ( it has like a burnt mark on it.
