Everything you might need was provided, which made our stay very easy and relaxing. The check-in app and overall process were extremely smooth and very didactic—clear instructions and no stress at all, both for check-in and check-out. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Canmore with beautiful views, great comfort, and an easy, well-organized process. We would definitely consider staying here again. The only small inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service. We had to carry all our luggage to the next elevator and then walk back to the apartment, both when checking in and checking out. While not ideal, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

• Guest (1/5): Worst host ever - NA A few days after I had booked the room, I inquired about parking. I received an answer to my question, on top of (what I know now was the host) explaining to me the master bathroom shower was broken. I was very disappointed considering the add had no mention of a broken shower. The main reason for booking a place for 5 adults was to have 2 working showers. Regardless of the duration of our stay, the broken shower was never mentioned in the add- so false advertising by the host. I did get my full refund back- but his response needs to be shared. This was the response I received from the host: “Haha ashamed, sure Ill come break your shower handle to the point where you need to do a full shower renovation while your fully booked and not tell you about it. Then another poor guest has to discover it so I cant be charged or found as fault to me. That way your out of a shower with a whole bunch of pissed off guests who would be even more furious if I canceled their trip from overseas last min to renovate the shower. Then you get people who throw a fit because they are so unconvinced and life is going to end because they have to share 1 shower on a 1 nights stay. You can get off your high horse, cancellations can be refunded.”

• Bruce Anderson (6/5): Improvements could be made - Location was good with a well functioning fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a National Park pass and bear spray to use. Shower in master bedroom had a sign saying it was out of order. We had not been notified of such. Beds were uncomfortable and my head was lower than my feet. The unit was dark. Found a greasy baking sheet in the bottom of the stove when I went to use it. We had a full size SUV and the parking spot was so difficult to access.if there was a vehicle beside you as you are next to a concrete pillar. We chose to park outside.
• Hoang (8/5): Comfortable, good location and great host - The property was very well situated and had all the facilities as advertised. Parking was indoor which is a plus for the cold weather. We did not know but the Banff pass was a great plus for us. Actually, this was not a fault of the property but when we arrived, the master-bath shower was not functional and for a group of 4, it was slightly inconvenient. This was actually communicated to us before hand and we accepted the inconvenience.

The entrance to the garage was hard to find, especially at night. Luckily, a kind person guided us there—otherwise, we would’ve spent ages looking for it.

Canmore turned out to be the perfect base for exploring the Canadian Rockies — close enough to Banff, Lake Louise, and the Columbia Icefield, but with a quieter, more relaxed vibe than the busier tourist hubs. The condo itself was well equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for a family stay. Our kids especially loved having access to the indoor pool, water slide, and hot tub after long days of hiking and sightseeing. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit and the easy access to downtown Canmore’s shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for families looking for a convenient and enjoyable mountain getaway!

I called the host and was told it was a planned area power off at the time, but he forgot to notice. The host was kind enough to explain and offer the solution. We spent the whole night in the dark. The host offered some refund as compensation. I definitely give a thumb up. The suite is very clean and well equipped. It is wonderful for a family or a group of friends. Thank you.

There was stains on the pull out mattress. It would be a super nice place if it got a deep clean. Eddie was quick to respond to msgs so that was a plus…. It was just the level of cleanliness that wasn’t cool.

With the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room each of us had his own bed. The sofa bed was super comfy. Everything was handled in hours. Our room was comfortable with a cozy fireplace and a fully-stocked kitchen. The view was spectacular. The parking was convenient and we so appreciated the national parks pass provided. There was some confusion on my part initially about rearranging our dates, the price of the cleaning fee and needing to leave a credit card number with property manager. But all my questions were answered quickly and everything worked out.

This is a scam on the part of Contigo. Large amounts of paperwork prior to booking. $500 pre-authorised damage coverage. This is by far the worst rental agreement I’ve had in 10yrs of visiting this area. I urge you to book elsewhere - I made a terrible error, don’t do the same. Garage tiny; unable to accept an SUV with roof box. Tired, cold pool with a slide reclaimed from a dumpster.

Having some common food items as spices, coffee, tea, etc was also a bonus. I didn’t like that there is mildew or perhaps even mold in the main shower. Shower wasn’t draining properly either. Shower extra features were not working either.

Hotel staff didn’t help out at all, which is understandable it was a private booking. Had to pay for parking since there was no street parking left, and our vehicle didn’t fit in the underground parking lot. Disliked the cost of the stay, would have stayed longer in Canmore but it’s so pricy.

We enjoyed the pool area & was great for our younger grandkids. We took a swim every day. The unit is advertised sleeps six. Not at all for 6 people to sleep comfortably. Unit small for 6. Four people at the most comfortably.

• Cameron (9/5): Excellent and fully functional home base in Canmore, with a great host - We made this booking at 9:30pm for the same night after coming out of the mountains and desperately needing a place to stay. Eddie responded to our request immediately and got us in the door and settled right away. It's an excellent place for a home base in Canmore, fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean, excellent laundry in suite. Nice touches like a Banff pass also. Would happily stay here again. Eddie is a responsive and helpful host. No complaints.
• Prin (8/5): A nice Canmore stay - The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with good lighting. We did not use the pool or barbecue. The underground parking is the most convenient way to unload the luggages and access to the unit. We can also use the Park Pass which is free during stay. This is a bonus. It is also near Safeway. The apartment itself is well maintained, but the building complex is a bit old and not that well maintained. We had a small problem with opening the door using the code as instructed. However, this was solved fairly immediately with online message and remote opening.

A high chair, pack and play and toys to name a few. The pool was also a nice amenity for children of all ages. The master bedroom was spacious with a great en-suite! I have to think really hard to find anything unpleasant about the property, but if I had to say something it would be that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Beds are a personal preference and I don’t think there is a one size fits all, however, it was a bit hard for me.
• Gabriel (8/5): Very good place to stay if you're going to be holidaying in Banff with 4 or more people - Many helpful/useful features: --well-provisioned kitchen with all amenities needed and a dishwasher (only used once at the end though) --two bathrooms enough for all 6 guests, each with its own shower --stacked washer/dryer combo came in very helpful after hikes & swims --plenty of towels provided --2 main beds were comfortable The electronic lock was broken when we arrived at the property; it had failed during the day because of dead batteries. We had to contact the owner (who was in another city) and wait several hours for a locksmith to show up to repair the lock and get the door open. Also the sofa bed was not so clean (crumbs on it when opened) and many of the spare pillows were quite sweat-stained.
