• Hanife (7/5): - The location was excellent, it was very clean and easy to access. Very noisy as the garage men come every morning and as it was hot the windows were open. Only one air conditioner in the living area. You had to be very quiet during the evenings.

Очень удобно дистанционное заселение и выселение, Квартира долгое время без ремонта, не уютно. Но в целом переночевать можно.

• Sjoerd (8/5): Prima - De locatie is geweldig. Ook is het appartement lekker ruim en de ramen houden heel goed het geluid buiten. Keukeninventaris niet compleet, we hadden bv maar 1 mes, weinig glazen en ook geen afwasborstel of theedoek of doekjes.

• Naomi (3/5): October to May only unless they put airconditioners in the bedrooms - Location was convenient. touristy but expected considering the tiny bit of view from the tiny balcony This is not a place that’s suitable for summers. It was crazy hot (there was a heatwave) and my friend and I had to ‘fight it out’ over who got to sleep on the sofa with the pretty crappy old aircon.
• Karine (7/5): Boa localização - Apartamento bem amplo (com exceção do banheiro), ótima localização, camas e roupas de cama bem confortáveis e limpas! Tivemos algumas dúvidas em relação aos aquecedores e a equipe prontamente nos auxiliou por mensagem. Equipe atenciosa e gentil. Bom que o edifício possui elevador! Box do banheiro muito pequeno mesmo, isso foi o ponto negativo principal para nós. O apartamento precisaria de alguma manutenção (exemplo: acabamentos de tomada soltos caindo fora da parede, com a fiação exposta). E acho que poderiam adicionar mais itens de cozinha (exemplo: éramos em três e haviam apenas duas facas).

• Dorothy (9/5): - Ugyan azt kapod, mint, ami a képeken szerepel. Colosseum közelsége kiváló volt. Az utcában lévő éttermek is remek hangulatúak és jól főztek. Az utca végében egy bolt is található. Cuccainkat korábban is letehettük a szálláshelyre, mint ahogyan bejelentkeztünk. A lakás bútorzata visszaadja a hely miliőjét. Aki nem szereti a városi nyüzsgést, annak nem való ez a szálláshely. Reggeli órákban az üvegeket ott dobják ki egy nagy kukába. Nyáron nem biztos, hogy választanám a szállást, mert a légkondicionálás, akkor úgy nézett ki, hogy nincs teljesen jól megoldva. A fürdőre a felújítás ráférne.

• LYDIA (9/5): - Fácil check- in. Al lado del.coliseo, desde el.balcon lo ves. Camas muy cómodas. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, la pared de la habitación con unas manchas en la pared que Dan un poco de grima , algunas puertas no cierran bien y están para renovarlas. Le falta algo de menaje en la cocina, algún paño, tostador etc.

• Zoe (7/5): Excellent location & space but better maintenance & prep would've made a difference. - Excellent location, loved the little balcony with the view to the Colosseum, great having an espresso machine and a washing machine. Easy access into the building and apartment. Having a lift also a bonus with luggage. No linen for the sofa bed despite confirming prior to arrival that this would be set up. None of the batteries for any of the remotes worked so couldn't use TV, Ceiling Fan, A/C etc until we went and bought some new ones. No plug for the kitchen sink made washing up difficult! Wall sockets hanging off the wall or not working. Most the issues we experienced were avoidable - it's annoying having to spend the first part of our short stay trying to get things sorted (not what we want to be doing on holiday!). We stayed in Sept - The apartment gets really hot and A/C fan is only in living room - wouldn't be pleasant staying in Summer.

• Eva (10/5): Local perfeito! Recomendo! - Da localização, com vista para o Coliseu e perto de transportes (metro, autocarro ...). Do espaço do apartamento, com as comodidades necessárias e adequadas e para o nosso grupo (4 adultos e 1 bebé). Do silêncio do apartamento. Da decoração e do ambiente.

• Plamena (8/5): A stay defined by its incredible Colosseum view - Unbeatable location with a terrace view of the Colosseum. The only downside was the extremely narrow shower cabin, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

Les équipements type ventilateurs et climatisation non fonctionnels. Manque d'équipements de cuisine par rapport à la capacité d'accueil du logement.

• Donka (9/5): - Лесно настаняване, отлично местоположение - на 2 минути от Колизеума, в непосредствена близост до станция на метрото и спирки на градски транспорт за гостите, които не обичат да ходят пеш. Ресторанти и магазин точно до апартамента, няма нещо, което да ти липсва по време престоя там. Единственото, което мога да отбележа като недостатък, е прекаленият шум, който се вдига всяка сутрин от сметосъбиращите камиони, на което всъщност няма как да влияе собственикът.

Éramos una familia de cinco; me tocó dormir en el sofá, pero resultó muy cómodo comparado con otros alojamientos que suelen ser incómodos. Las dos terrazas con vista al Coliseo eran geniales, perfectas para disfrutar de los atardeceres. Está cerca de muchos restaurantes muy buenos y, a pesar de su ubicación junto al Coliseo, es un lugar muy tranquilo. El baño un poco pequeño pero está bien
• Abdurahman (1/5): - Nothing The worst experience ever The building is very old The oner say that it have air condition but all I found is only one small air condition and old one in the living room and the rooms is only fan One of the rooms is small like a store The toilet is very old and not very clean The owner switch off the electricity 10 am and my check out is 12 so she cut it before 2 hours. And she come 10 and every 10 minutes she knock the door until i leave. Really i feel disappointed of the good comments that i read and i trust them in this bad apartment.

• Michael (10/5): Would book again! - Location great for sights. Walked everywhere even Vatican City Easy to orientate with colosseum right there. Loved the old elevator! I couldn’t find a kitchen towel to dry dishes. Shower drained very slowly! Shower a bit on the small side
• Holly (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Communication was great and the host was quick to resolve minor issues (smoke detector beeping, no linens for sofa bed). Despite being so close to the Colosseum the area wasn’t loud or overly busy, and there are lots of nice restaurants close by! The sofa bed wasn’t set up and I had to request extra linens for it, although I will note this was resolved and brought to us very quickly.

• Prez (7/5): I would recommend this apartment other than maybe in peek summer as it could be hot but overall good - The location was great and the balconies were very nice. You cant go wrong with this location. Apparently when we walked at night the neighbors downstairs could hear us walk. That was a first for me and made us feel uneasy after the fact. There was also only one AC unit in the living room and not in the rooms but the weather in Rome was great at night therefore we didn't have any issues.

• Jack (10/5): Exceptional - Really big spacious apartment, 2 bed rooms 1 double bed 1 single bed and a couch bed, perfect for 3 of us and what was needed, really clean and great location. Great view from the balcony, was apprehensive as I do prefer to stay in hotels but clear instructions on accessing the apartment. Shower cubicle is small and a struggle to get in and out of but ok for a few nights to be able to get a wash

No ac in bedrooms - Ceiling Fan only in main bedroom - little relief. With windows open, can hear every drunken person, motorcycle, etc at night Super noisy bottle collection at 6:45am every morning  Second bedroom as small as a prison cell, bed was like a toddler bed. No screens on windows No fan in small room  No drying rack No dishwasher Shower super small. Leaks. Hard to get in and out as doors always close on you  On 4th floor of old building. Has a rinky-dink elevator. Pillows hard as a rock. Not enough pillow cases provided so we had to use our t-shirts as pillow cases. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in main bedroom Only 1 outlet at head
• Maria (2/5): Location good, rest not good - The location was great. If your looking for a place with no hot water, a smelly fridge and power points that don’t work, this is the place for you! The host was also not very responsive. Was looking forward to it but very disappointed :(

• Mohamed (5/5): Excellent location but not the air-conditioning - Excellent location. Spacious and airy. All items required for stay provided e.g fridge, washing machine, crockery , kettle, iron etc it was very hot in Rome and the air-conditioning was not effective in main bedroom and the small bedroom. Two of us had to sleep in the living room to be near the air-conditioner but my daughter suffered in the small room where there should have at least been a pedestal fan. Also the shower needs to be fixed.

• Valeria (8/5): Quaint apartment in a superb location - Excellet location, host gave us some recommendations for what to do, where to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner which was very sweet. The apartment itself was also very nice and had everything you needed Luckily we were out most of the day but when we arrived they had to replace the washing machine and there was a leak in the kitchen when we woke up and we had to clean it up. They did come to fix it very soon, though.
