• Ackerman (9/5): Perfect and clean room for small group, great location between the beaches and the clubs. - Great location and perfect little room for a small group. Bed and pull out couch were both very comfortable. The balcony was nice but most of our view was construction. Also there’s no pool even though it’s listed in the amenities. Very clean and owner is very helpful and responds quickly! He addressed all concerns before our stay and gave us clear check in instructions, he also messaged us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. It is an apartment building so we had a couple noise complaints when we were only playing music, even when we abided to quiet hours, which was a little annoying. Overall our stay was great and comfortable! Definitely worth the price.
• Ze (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect—close to my workplace and just a short walk from the beach. The area had plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants, making it an ideal spot to stay. Our host went above and beyond to help return some clothes I accidentally left in the closet, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent; the host was always available to answer any questions. The loft itself was spacious, allowing the two of us to share comfortably without feeling cramped. Our last-minute booking was accommodated within 20 minutes, making the process incredibly smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in Miami.
• Katherine (7/5): My stay was 5/10. - Location is good, the property is for one or two people the most. The place wasn't clean, with dust and mold in some areas, which is unhealthy. The dryer wasn't working, there was no A/C, and the sheets weren't clean.

• Tuan (7/5): Renting here is like subleasing a pad from a college dude — wet laundry in washer and partially dried in dryer, spoiled - Can’t adjust thermostat, has to text him, then he would adjust cooler or warmer (ended up just opening and closing windows to not freeze from AC); wasn’t ready or expecting our arrival (instructions texted to us after we arrived and called him); co$t to get out of parking (since we had already return the provided proximity card at checkout); there’s active construction on adjacent lot, so can be loud early morning (7a)

The apartment was amazing it’s not far from anything such as, the beach , Miami heat arena. It has a beautiful view I would stay again if I were to go back to visit highly recommend. there was nothing that I didn’t like
• Esteban (10/5): Great location, great view and fair price - Excellent location, quick access, fully equipped, parking space and great view. We arrived on spring break with killing temperatures, A/C was not cooling enough and there was no room temperature control

The owner responded quickly and tried to deal with our concerns The cleaning company fell short of their duties. The white towels were stained with black and had been used as cleaning towels and we had to wash them before they were usable( still not stain free). Hand towels would have been a useful addition. Tea towels stained. Basics were done but the more occasional had not been done for a good while like under furniture , windows and windowsills and blinds
