- PAULO (3/5): Não conhecia essa nova modalidade de hospedagem. Não tem arrumação de quarto. - Do chuveiro e da cama. Não tem café da manhã, e pior, o micro ondas não funcionou. O acesso dos hóspedes e de visitas. Precisei fazer uma reunião com outras duas pessoas e as mesmas não puderam acessar o local. Cheguei no local com muita chuva e o meu rosto não passou pelo reconhecimento facial e na entrada não tem cobertura, ou seja, me molhei todo.

- Guilherme (4/5): Regular, com problemas sérios de estrutura. - Localização, limpeza e praticidade (não é necessária interação com humanos, tudo digital). Cafeteira, fogão e micro-ondas não funcionando, gastei dinheiro com cápsulas Nespresso, café solúvel, etc. e não pude usar nada.
- Caetano (7/5): Appartement neuf, lit confortable mais l’électroménager (machine à café, frigo, plaques) ne fonctionne pas! - Appartement neuf, en très bon état, lit très confortable. Le matériel ne fonctionne pas (machine à café + réfrigérateur+ plaques de cuisson) nous n’avons donc pas pu nous faire de café durant tout le séjour ni pu laisser de la nourriture dans le frigo ni pu nous faire à manger. C’est aberrant, et personne ne nous a répondu malgré plusieurs relances!

- Patricia (6/5): Internet não funciona - O ambiente é novo, reformado, com uma geladeira grande e itens de cozinha disponíveis Problema com an internet. Ela já não estava funcionando no dia que cheguei, pedi para agendarem com o técnico, falaram que iam tentar e não me retornaram mais. Além disso, alguns outros pontos: a torneira do chuveiro é muito dura, o exaustor está muito sujo e o vidro da luminária do banheiro estava quebrado. Se não fosse an internet, daria para ser um 4/5.

- Ricardo David (9/5): Cool place to stay - Staff. Facilities. Location. Clean. The construction works in the same property by the building in front bring a lot of dust into the windows and the room. I had to clean the windows because you could not see the other side.
