The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

- K (4/5): Disappointing - With all the plans we made to visit Milan, it was a very good location of the property because it is close to different touristic places which can be visited during your visit to Milan and even if you wants to go to the stadium, the metro line that would take you there was 2 minutes away from the property. (ISOLA M5) The check-in system works without a problem and you don't need to meet anyone, but the company should specify the apartment, as there were 2 apartments on the 3rd floor with the same check-in system, as it creates confusion and delays where we tried the wrong apartment unlock code.
For this reason, we called the support of the company and they solved this problem very quick by specifying that we should go to the other apartment that was located after crossing the balcony of the 3rd apartment.
First, the apartment needs reconstruction in terms of functionality, as it cannot be supported by the idea that the interior is typical for the Milan area where everything in my opinion was very old.
Secondly, We have been on the move all day and have only used the property to sleep and for nothing else and in the contract it is specified that everything is in order and if something is broken the customer will be billed if it is not declared within the first 3 hours and for this reason we checked as much as we could and communicated with the company about the problems it had especially with the shower cabin and with the shower head, which both where semi-functional and they could break at any moment.
Thirdly, something that is intolerable and it has never happened to me that there was no sleeping quilt for the third person sleeping on the sofa, where instead of a quilt like the double bed had, there were 3 very short and thin blankets that seemed to be for children's sizes and not for adults. This was one of the requests I made to the company before I rent the property, and it confirmed that the apartment has everything in order.
It seems that there is a problem in the communication between the company that manages the property and the company or persons that deal with maintenance and cleaning, but from the client's side, who I think does not deserve to have these problems for as few days as he takes the property.
