• Blas (4/5): - El personal amable, nos dejaron dejar las mochilas todo el dia en el alojamiento ya que teniamos el check in a las 10pm El baño estaba sucio, humedades por las paredes, el lavabo oxidado, la habitación era enana y era muy caro pero hay que tener en cuenta que Singapur es caro

• John (2/5): Awful. Never again. - Not much to like about this place. The room and bathroom were fairly clean, the air conditioner worked and the bed was ok—but only after we found some clean sheets on an unattended maid's trolley and made it up ourselves! Our flight arrived late so we got to the hotel about 1 AM, where our first surprise was a big sign on the window advertising rooms at $20 for two hours—something not highlighted on the websites we picked it from. Still, we only needed a bed for the night until embarking on a cruise the next morning. How bad could it be? Read on... The receptionist (engrossed with a smartphone) merely photocopied our passports, reached behind him for a key off a pegboard, slapped it on the counter and went back to his phone. No help or directions offered. When asked, he waved at a door which opened onto a narrow, steep stairwell. We dragged our suitcases up to the second floor (no elevator) and found the room unlocked and unprepared, with a loaded maid's trolley and broom outside in the corridor. The bathroom had one damp, used towel hanging on the towelrail and no shower curtain. The small electric water heater for the shower didn't work and the shower head sprayed water from its flexible hose across the bathroom, making it unusable. We then turned back the coverlet to find our second big surprise—the bed had no sheets! We helped ourselves to fresh sheets and towels from the cart in the corridor. The rest of the facilities included a closet with a hanging rail but no hangars; a small fridge (empty); two mugs (but no tea or coffee); an electric jug with a cracked lid; a wall switch with a hole in the middle; and a small, flat-screen TV which didn't work. We'd have walked out but for the fact it was so late and we were exhausted from a long day's travel. Thankfully, the aircon worked ok, so we managed to get a couple of hours rest (after we'd made the bed).

Its will spoil your holiday moods - Nil Environment not clean, Toilet dont have separate pipe Heater not working TV not working Dont have drinking glass or cup Really frustrated and look alike scams. The photos and the place not tally at all. $75 lost like hell.

• Faruk (8/5): Very good - Stuff was really helpful, helped with luggage and all questions. There is 24/7 someone in the desk and I felt safe and good about it. Rooms are clean, and room cleaning is available everyday. Recommend - good price and quality balance.

• Pornrawee (7/5): It is what it is (cheap hotel) - The cheapest room I could find, ice-cold A/C, ensuite washroom, water pressure was legit and staffs don’t come knocking on doors when you were 1 min late for chk-out 1) Night shift staff could not communicate in English at all and he could not care less. I was so worried that I might not be able the chk-in after midnight but after I arrived everything worked out fine 2) Of course there was no hair dryer, no universal travel adapter there
