• Eero (8/5): You get what you pay for - You get what you pay for. Everything worked! The washing machine needed a workaround for it to work. The shower water was warm sometimes after having the heater on for an hour or so. Most of the time the water felt quite chilly.

• Dzmitry (9/5): - Conveniently located with two separate rooms, a terrace, a friendly atmosphere with other guests, and an affordable price for the area... The bathroom door wouldn't close, the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't cooling, and we had a late check-in. We asked for an early check-in, but it wasn't possible.
• Stefan (10/5): - Novi funkcionalni uređaji, dve klime, veš mašina, na 15 minuta hoda od plaže Nissi. Mirna ulica, bez buke. Osoblje ljubazno i na usluzi. Prilikom ulaska u smeštaj, toalet nije bio dobro očišćen. Nedostajalo je kesa za smeće i pribor za čišćenje, obzirom da smo boravili 12 dana, a niko nije dolazio da očisti apartman. Bilo bi lepo da je makar sredinom našeg boravka smeštaj očišćen i zamenjena posteljina ili da je postojala dodatna posteljina koju bi sami zamenili.
• Alin (2/5): - Leider haben wir Schmutz an den Wänden gefunden und als wir die Bettwäsche angehoben haben, war die Matratze stark verschmutzt. Wir haben fast einen halben Tag damit verbracht, das Badezimmer und die Duschkabine zu reinigen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, man braucht ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Nissi Beach.
• Євгеній (4/5): The apartment is in poor condition and clearly needs renovation. Not recommended. - Quick communication Very disappointed. The walls were extremely dirty, with some stains that looked like blood. When I reported this to the staff, they said they couldn’t do anything the same day and told me to clean the walls myself using a dish sponge — which I unfortunately had to do. There was a strong smell of dampness in the apartment, and the doors in both the bedroom and bathroom didn’t close.
• Gabriel (6/5): Pleasant - I appreciate that there has been set in place a fast way of communication, via WhatsApp. That is amazing! I appreciate the location, as the place is situated in a quiet area, far from all the parties. Also, 3 minutes drive to Nissi Beach. I appreciate that we have received a new hair drier and the fact that we had two AC units. We did not need it so much, as we had the lower lever flats and it was not that warm. The location was quite worn and in desperate need of a touch-up. Even if I expected to have the basic for 4 people, we were missing essentials like glasses and soup bowls and many others that I finally decided to not ask for anymore. Some have been provided later, after a specific request. My suggestion to the company dealing with taking care of the apartment is to pay attention at the minimum appliances that a family needs, especially ones that come with toddlers. A kind suggestion is to offer clean, white towels and not grey and worn up ones and also a larger refrigerator. It is impossible to keep cold water for everyone, especially if you add some fruits and juices. If you want to cook, you have to really plan every inch of that micro fridge. Pay attention, they do not offer cleaning supplies, except for the kitchen. I was aware of this, but I expected to have some small amounts for the bathroom and at least 2-3 trash bags. We bought them, as during a 9 night stay, there was no mid-stay cleaning. I did not expect to receive olive oil, salt and pepper and other such cooking supplies, but the minimum cleaning supplies would be a must. Especially when I pay for the cleaning

ANTS, COCKROACHES and NOT WORKING EQUIPMENT. - Air conditioning worked well. - the apartment looks MUCH better in the pictures than in reality - the bathroom looks dirty and poorly made, the shower pressure is very low and the shower is made in such a way that water spills and floods half of the bathroom every single time no matter how careful you are - there's window in the bedroom but you can't open it because there is a tree. opening it is a bad idea anyway because of the bugs - I chose the apartment ONLY because I wanted to cook. The cooktop DIDN'T WORK, I informed the staff and they did nothing, they just don't care. it didn't work for the whole stay. - there were stains on the sheets in the bedroom. I informed the staff and they changed it BUT why do they put on dirty sheets in the first place? it was clearly visible - there are ANTS and HUGE COCKROACHES in the kitchen. cooking there is almost impossible (even if the cooktop worked) because it's disgusting. you have to pack EVERY food in plastic ziploc bags. the bugs are everywhere. - the location isn't good. it's not VERY far from the beach, but the walk to the apartment is uphill. when it's 40 degrees and uphill, you will not want to walk there everyday with beach equipment and you will have to rent a car. Also when it gets dark there are no people there and it doesn't look safe at all. - there are wild cats outside the apartment that will "live" with you during your stay. they are cute BUT they will throw your clothes from the drier on the dirty ground and sleep on them. - I wanted to get a refund, at least partial but I didn't get it (I'm not surprised). - a similar opinion to mine appeared on booking during our stay, confirming that everything I'm saying is true. I also have photos, videos and screenshots. I NEVER posted a negative review in my life and rented hundreds of hotels and apartments but this one was so bad that I have to do that. I wouldn't stay in this apartment again even if it was free.
• Chris (1/5): Avoid and never go here. There’s lots of better opportunities. - We liked leaving the property, as it was a horrible experience being there for many different reasons. From water coming from the electrics, broken air conditioner, broken hob, multiple dead and live cockroaches. Awful! Avoid! Awful, dangerous, disgusting property. Multiple dead and live cockroaches in each room, next to the broken glass. Water dripping from the lights and broken air conductor and electric hob, so no ability to keep cool or cool. Whole apartment echos, was dirty and ants kept coming inside from multiple places, which infested the kitchen multiple times a day, despite us getting rid of them. Blocked shower, broken towel rack, dirty floors. One air conditioner worked in the kitchen, but it had a horrible smell. No oven in this property Property management sent a maintenance man around who agreed these problems, but left without fixing the hob, ants, air conditioning. Nobody came around to check the flat. Wild cats were outside, which seemed nice, but they whip your drying clothes and their flees got into the towels, plus multiple were infected and wouldn’t stop returning to the property. Not good when you’ve got toddlers wanting to use the ground floor balcony, but can’t go outside. Declined to provide any amount of partial refund. Horrible experience. Avoid this property!

• Name (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and well equipped. Large terrace was nice. Each room had AC. The host was kind and helpful. TV was out of order during the whole time. Location was a little bit far and up on the hill but not a big problem.
