Espelho de um dos quartos riscado, como se tivesse timpado com Esponja. O Espelho do outro quarto está solto no chão, com perigo de alguém esbarrar e quebrar. So tinha um prato no local, se fosse preciso fazer refeições no local ficava inviável. A porta que dá acesso a lavanderia está com a fechadura estragada. Um dos quartos o ar não estava resfriando bem.. Poderia ter um ferro de passar roupas, mas não tem.
