- Arnoldo (8/5): - Excelente localização, perto do metrô, de restaurantes e mercados. Otimas instalações do prédio, com piscina, conveniência 24 hrs e excelente espaço de convivência. O quarto é bonito e confortável, com uma vista linda e condiz com as fotos do perfil. Pia da cozinha solta um cheiro ruim. Algumas roldanas da cortina estavam soltas. Puxadores frágeis com alguns faltando. Coisas facilmente ajustáveis pelo proprietário.
- Lobo (9/5): Excelente - Gostei da localização, da vista da varanda e da limpeza na unidade. Não gostei da piscina pois estava com água turva. E faltou um aviso na portaria que hóspede pela primeira vez no prédio deveria tocar o interfone antes de tentar passar na porta giratória. Do resto Tudo Bom.

- Adriana (8/5): Foi uma boa estadia. - A localização é excelente e os funcionários são muito prestativos. Check-in fácil. O quarto é igual as imagens das fotos, tudo muito novo e conservado. Ducha ótima. Espaço de estudo perfeito. Academia ok. A cama não é confortável. Como sugestão, deveriam investir em uma nova cama um pouco maior e com melhor estrutura.
