- Ameeta (6/5): Ok. Nice view. - It was close to the beach and the place, especially the kitchen was very well equipped. Great little dishwasher too. Bed was comfortable. The owners were very responsive. View from the balcony is lovely. The apartment is fine but there are a few things that I feel could be worked on.
1. Getting the keys was a bit of a challenge because the keys are in a lockbox (one of a couple) at the entrance to the Quest parking but the actual parking for the car is at apso next door. It would be good to be made aware of the names to avoid confusion.
Would also be good to mark the lockbox so that the visitors know which one it is.
2. We found that although most of the apartment was quite clean, the balcony, barbecue and the couch were quite dirty, as was the vacuum cleaner. In all fairness, the owners offered to send the cleaner again the next day but it was not convenient for us so we declined.
3.The area where the apartment is - Frankston - was not like Mornington or other nicer areas. It felt a bit unsafe. The building itself has lots of security features but the surrounds are not what we were hoping for in the Mornington area. We should possibly have done more research about the location. I felt it pertinent to mention here for people looking for a more upmarket experience than what Frankston offers.
- Julia (9/5): Great facilities, shops and coffee close by. Walk on the front lovely - Location to town, extras provided by owner, coffee machine Too many cushions on the bed, not good quality bedding. Extensive check out instructions and taking security deposit money from me until it’s checked over. No mention of building site directly in front of property, luckily for us no work over Xmas but this I imagine will resume shortly.
- Cinnamon (9/5): Had a wonderful time and the accomadation was perfect. - I liked the set up of the apartment. And the water views from the balcony
- Martin (10/5): Excellent & we'll presented apartment. - All the little extra touches...exceptional! Wine, cereals, nibbles lovely bonus.
- Alana (10/5): -
- Dee (10/5): Fantastic - The location was fabulous
- Gemma (8/5): Very good -
- Jane (9/5): Great - Handy location, very clean, well equipped Instructions to find keys and carpark were very detailed, which was great but could have been a bit more concise. Hard to find the info we needed when trying to read through quickly
- Wescombe (7/5): Good - I liked the decor and the cleanliness Really difficult communication. Wasn't sent check in email with instructions for how to access the room and it took about 30 mins to organise with the owner. I had emailed multiple times about late check ins and other requests and these were not confirmed until the day after calling the owner. The shower head would not sit in the holder and the shower was one reason we chose this place so was disappointed with that.
- Dave (9/5): Superb -
- Tiffany (8/5): The room was lovely and the added wine and snacks were a wonderful touch. Parking was aweful. - The hosts provided a bottle of wine and snacks which was very thoughtful. The unit was very well fitted out with kitchen utensils, lots of magazines, very clean and tidy. It was a lovely apartment and the hosts have put a lot of thought into making it feel homely. The parking was horrendous. There was a very large 4 wheel drive parked next to our allocated parking spot which is next to a concrete wall. You need to reverse into the parking spot. It is very tight and awkward. If I didn't have my husband there to park the car, I would not have been able to reverse into such a small tight spot. We were also very confused about where the key was located to pick up. There were lots of instructions but they weren't very clear. Some photos of what the lock box looks like and where it is located would be helpful.
- Dharmen (8/5): Very good -
- Margot (10/5): Very pleasant - Light and airy and the hosts had thought of everything Nothing
- Halaevalu (8/5): Very beautiful and cozy little place. Great for getaways. - Location, view was amazing and very clean and well organised little apartment. It had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. Having to leave
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean modern, and our host Robyn and Dave had thought of everything. . From a welcome chocolate and a bottle of champagne. To great pod coffee and elegant teas. The bedroom was a little hot.
- Ashley (7/5): nice - view and layout pricey and the way u get the keys n swipe card at the garage is annoying
- Luke (8/5): Great location, breakfast and drinks provided - Breakfast, snacks and drinks provided were great. Great location, good view and walking distance to everything in the CBD of Frankston. Secure car park is convenient considering some of the "wildlife" in Frankston. When we arrived the lounge was still a bit dirty which was worrying as we were using the sofa bed, but the sofa bed seemed to be clean. Some areas could have had a little bit more attention by the cleaner but overall pretty clean. Car parks were both very small, unfortunately we had 2 4WDs, but with a bit of a squeeze we did manage to fit them.
- Cameron (10/5): I travel regularly and stay in hotels. This stay was my most enjoyable with great unit and great views . - Beautifully furnished and equiped.
