• osamu (5/5): ケチると後悔する - チェックインがスムーズに出来た事。 ある程度は予想して来たけど、清潔感が余りなく、風呂の排水が悪いこと、プロジェクターなどのリモコンの電池切れがあった。
• VALERIE (1/5): Logement a fuir sauf si vous voulez être dans la saleté et les cafards - Rien Logement sale, vaisselles, kitchinette, salle de bain, sol, murs,... sales. et ce ne n est pas de la saleté d il y a quelques semaines. Cafard qui se balade dans la chambre. Pas de matelas, nous avons dormi sur un sommier et un drap molletonné qui faisait office de matelas.

• Emilia (10/5): Very good location, clean and comfortable - It had everything in the room and it was pretty big. The location was perfect because in 15 minutes you arrive to the center of Osaka, and everything was clean

• Roda (6/5): Cheap place to stay, but perhaps a bit rougher than you might expect for Japan. - Accessing the building was relatively easy, it's just a code at the front and a lock box. I appreciate the owner let us enter the space to drop off our bags early. The room itself is fairly big by japanese standards and had all the amenities you could expect. The building itself is a bit rough, an older and neglected building, bit shabby. It was hard to preceive this from the outside. Room was a little dirty too in spots like under the bed, grossed me out a bit. Also no bidet on the toilet was kind of annoying. I also forgot 2 things in the room, but the owner claimed nothing was left behind, maybe I really didn't leave it there, but I doubt it, there's no where else it could've been, so that was kind of annoying for my experience.
• Ben (5/5): Good except for drainage issue. - Location, access & communication with owner was good-great. There's a coin laundry upstairs which was helpful (as long as you have coins :)) TV is a projector (not flat screen) but works well. Linen supplied was good, but could perhaps do with replacement in future. There's an unpleasant smell from the drain/sink/bathroom we had to leave exhaust fan on most of the time. The water backed up in shower when showering & bubbles in floor drain when toilet is flushed. This is odd for us at home, but seems to sometimes be the case in Japan. Not sure how the plumbing works, but wasn't bad for us. The owner tried to help, but was unable to resolve it.
• Orlane (4/5): Disappointing - easy check in bed ! and very small bathroom
• Ákos (9/5): Great location and good value for your money - It is a short walk from Dotonbori and there are many public transport stations nearby. We could easily reach any sights we wanted. The room is relatively small, but I think that is a common occurrence in Japan.
• Veer (5/5): Wouldn't have stayed more than 1 night - Good location, easy check-in, generally clean Dated room, whole place smelled of drains as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while, uncomfortable bed
• Tiago (3/5): Avoid this place !! - The location ok ! The apartment is so tiny, located in a very dirty building.. the stairs were so dirty and the apartment is disgusting, the smell inside was bad, very bad. We stayed a few hours and decided to leave, lost the booking and money but the conditions were terrible.. avoid the place.
