• Stacy (7/5): overall, Marie was a very responsive hostess, and we love the location - Love the location and the view Marie, as a hostess was very accommodating and kept in constant touch very difficult to get towels we waited two days and there were none at the pool and the hot tub was not working the entire time we were there

• Azucena (10/5): Incredible stay! - This was one of the best and most seamless stays ever! The owners are incredible! Very communicative and checked in to see if we needed anything. Could not recommend this property more!
• Debbie (9/5): Love the location and views will definitely stay there again, but I do believe the amenity is such as towels need to be - The property is in a great location, walking distance to everything, restaurants, the harbor, etc. also has great fuse from the balcony. Limited space at the pool we were unable to get two seats on one of our days there and the bathroom towels were subpar two of them had holes and we had a problem with the TV which we could not fix for two days. Finally, the engineer came in and took care of it.

I will be returning to one of your other properties real soon. The sliding door to the balcony didn't lock properly. There weren't any E V charging stations or plug ins available. Something that wouldn't stop me from coming back or referring others.

Great host who checked on us throughout the stay. Wished we could have accessed Netflix/Hulu etc

• Kia (4/5): I won’t be coming back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone - There was a gentleman I think he was the general manager he was awesome The assistant general manager was rude, she was poor with communicating as well, the TV did not connect to WiFi so all you can watch is local channels, there was no phone in the room for me which I dislike a lot because it’s convenient if something bad were to happen, and housekeeping didn’t come clean my room at all and I stayed for 5 days

So many amazing restaurants within walking distance! The view from the room is beautiful and the bed was beyond comfortable!

• Juliana (10/5): Lovely place in Coconut Grove! - We loved the location and the apartment. Near the marina, Peacok Park and nice restaurants, including Cocowalk. It’s a great place for holidays and we would love to come back!

• Judecksie (10/5): It was wonderful. - The view was beautiful. The property location was very convenient. No need for a car or paying for parking. There wasn’t anything I can think.
• Daniel (9/5): Excellent stay with amazing views. - The view from the room was amazing. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was of decent size And had a large closet. There were some basic utensils, like coffee, pot, microwave, small refrigerator, cups, and spoons. The property is walking distance to all major attractions in Coconut Grove, and all of the restaurants. The property is a little bit dated. It could be updated with new paint and carpet. You can also hear some of the road noise from the main road, but it is not that bad. Parking spaces for the hotel are very limited as the garage is also shared with a condo complex that has priority to the parking spaces. As a result if you were getting home late at night and have a car, it can be challenging to find a spot. There are not many pool chairs for such a large building

The room has everything you need, comfortable bed and a fine shower. The owner is very friendly. Also the balcony was a treat with good furniture. Would stay again. ☺️ As mentioned to the owner it’s very dusty meaning that the curtains could get washed and in the future maybe the carpet needs a change.
