• Sergei (8/5): Excellent location, but a little to be desired in the room itself. - The location was perfect, and better than advertised as there was a supermarket literally 2 blocks from the front door, and there was a local train station that made it easier to travel through than trying to navigate the complexity of Namba Station. The experience was comfortable overall, and there was enough around the apartment that meant we didn't stay in the room the entire time. For a short stay, this location is excellent, and provided a great base for many of our activities. The room was not the cleanest, with several areas that required more cleaning before we arrived. The advertised hotplate did not work, and the powerpoint for it was in a place that if you washed dishes, the water would drip into the powerpoint (which is why it probably didn't work). There was no provided washing powder or liquid for the washing machine, and there was no hanging rack inside to hang washing, and the single small line was on the balcony, which was not very useful in the winter.
• Myka (2/5): - When we get inside our room there's a lot of hair on the floor and crush biscuits, and the bed sheet even the pillow case smell bad and there's a stain on it, and another thing it was detailed in the apartment has a tv and unlimited Netflix but there is no tv and poor wifi connection🤦🏻‍♀️
• Holly (7/5): Good location and space, but need to be more honest on description. - Great location, nice space for Japan, bath was nice and separated. Host was nice and I appreciate the wifi fix and clean up after I stayed here for almost 3 weeks. It was easy to get to the place and open the key. The host left lots of toilet paper and laundry stuff, everything you need which is kind of rare in some bookings where the host leaves only a few items. Thank you 😊 The internet didn’t work in the beginning so it took almost 5 days until the host was able to get me a pocket wifi. When I booked this room I read it was sound proof and that there was netflix, but there was none. I assumed they had a diff room and just copied and pasted the same description or never put a projector here like the other rooms. The false ad on the sound proofing was a big issue as I am a light sleeper and would likely not have booked this place for that reason. I could hear everyone and everything. It felt like I had no privacy either and it would be worst if I had my partner with me. Also, the kitchen had no blinds or privacy screens so I had to buy some because the bath is there and if you can’t change in the bath or need to walk to the room for whatever reason then you are very visible.

• Tomoko (4/5): - 駅から近くてスーパー、コンビニも近くて便利 部屋の電気が切れて、2日間ベッドルームの電気がつかない状態で不便だった。 カーテンも開けると横のマンションから見えるので 全てのカーテンを開けることができず お天気が悪かったことも相まって終始部屋が暗かった。 メールで電気交換の依頼したがしてもらえず。 リモコンの電池が切れてるのでは…と新品電池の置き場所の返信がきたが、そもそも部屋の電気のリモコン自体、最初から無かったので何故リモコンの話になるのか… いろんな場所に泊まってるが、電気がつかないまま過ごしたのは初めてです。
