- Guest (6/5): Emplacement idéal mais des équipements à revoir - Emplacement idéal, très facile d’accès et Tower bridge à 20 min de marche ! 3 assiettes dans un logement prévu pour 8!! Le lit d’une des chambres se désagrège complètement, pas de balai, un ninja air fryer qui n’a pas été lavé depuis un moment, une poêle beaucoup trop usée pour être utilisé, une machine à laver noirci qui tache les vêtements. Le code de la porte du bas ne fonctionne pas.

- Guest (5/5): - Good location Some dirts under the bed and window sill. 3 flights of stairs which was so struggle with big luggages.
- Iwo (7/5): - The fans were a life saver in the 30 degrees of heat. The flat is spacious, and so was the bathroom (except for the living room). It's close to shops and underground. There was some dirt under the beds, and there was not enough plates and bowls for the 10 people that stayed in the flat, so we had to use paper plates for 4 days. We were missing a set of bedding and a few towels, but these were promptly delivered when requested. No dust pan/hoover, so the floor gets quite messy fast. The water pressure was poor in both the bathroom and the kitchen.
- Gaia (5/5): Budget house. - Great position, near to the tube and some major points of interests and supermarket. Not enough dishes and bowls : house is for 6 people but we had dishes for 2 people. Basic kitchen stuff ( sugar, salt, dish towels) was missing. Really no water from bathroom' s sink: I wrote to the owner , but the owner, instead of help us, he had reported the problem to the building manager. House was very lived in, much more than it appears from booking.

- Denise (5/5): Issues with the electrics whilst there, we were told how to rectify it but it continued all weekend & we had to keep - It was in a good location We were a family of 8 sharing this property but there were not enough utensils for us all & only 4 plates & 3 bowls

- Shereen (7/5): The house was neat but small and also some of the heaters and windows lock n - I could not receive anything in prior...i texted and called the host so many times but there was none answered...on the day of arrival i had to join a group which they used to communicate with us..otherwise i would be on streets with luggage and family and child. I didn't like the virtual communication of the host and getting the keys ....
