- PAULA (8/5): Habitación limpia y cama cómoda - Estaba todo limpio. Tenia ascensor para subir las maletas. Cama cómoda. En la recepción hay cámaras y personal por si dejas las maletas antes o después del check in/check out. El personal también muy amable. La ubicación muy guay, en una zona tranquila con bares y restaurantes y a pocos minutos a pie del mercado. Baño separado de la ducha y buenas toallas Estaban haciendo obras por eso había algo de ruido pero no nos molesto, quizá a alguien que sea delicado al ruido si por eso lo añado aquí. Solo se puede pagar con cash

Room pictures at booking.com are accurate. I was staying at room 202. Absolutely great position near to everywhere, but still enough quite to sleep. Not all staff speak English fluently. If you have heave luggage you need to use elevator from garage, not from lobby. In hotel lobby you can buy beverages and water. Hotel is older and it was few times renewed (reconstructed). Rooms are clean with good working AC. On begging of May it were made new fire partitions on corridors. Room is very clean. Room cleaning service start very soon(around 7 am), so if you want sleep more, you need use marker on door "do not disturb". Last revision of elevator is from 2015. Sometimes it take few moments before warm water in shower start flowing. Shower cubicle could be in better condition - see in picture.

- William Irving (9/5): Highly recommended, clean hotel in excellent location - Very helpful staff. Perfect location with the restaurants and bars etc just across the park. Quiet location. Hotel is very clean with good private bathroom. Great value for money. Bed might be a bit hard for some people.

- Sta. Rita (10/5): - The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even have a weighing scale for our bags before we left for the airport. They even upgraded our rooms because of availability but we paid the same amount of what we have reserved. I'll stay here again if given the chance. The location was also great.

- Rob (10/5): Camelia Hotel review - Professional and friendly staff, with a well kept room throughout. Some finishings could be better finished off, painting of walls etc. Curtains need slight repairs. The window isn't a secure and tight fit, which allows in the adjacent street noise.

We were out the entire day, and when we returned, the room had already been tidied up.

Bun vien street is just a 5 minute walk, shopping street is just a 3 minute walk, convenience store is just a few steps from the hotel. The amenities need an upgrade. The bedding seemed a bit worn and didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. The elevator situation is somewhat misleading since it only services up to the 6th floor, while our room was on the 7th floor. We had to lug our four pieces of luggage (20-30 kg each) up two flights of extremely narrow stairs.

- SUNG-YING (9/5): - 位置不錯，在公園附近很有生活感，公園很有人氣，附近有很多美食，住宿3夜沒看到昆蟲，冷氣水量都沒問題。 樓梯牆面壁癌，公園若有活動很吵，可能半夜3點還能聽到人的聲音，便利商店要到公園對面才有，入門要爬一小段樓梯。

- Derrick (8/5): - Very good location to explore the city. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as plentiful shopping in local market and stores. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was of good size with walk in shower and hot water. Having a front room, I had a good view of the park opposite but also traffic and street noise. This didn't concern me as I had ear plugs but some could find it a problem.

We were SO happy with this hotel, the staff were so lovely, the location was great, the bed was comfy, shower was great and the towels were nice and fresh. Staff were great with an early morning check out. Would highly recommend this place! It was a little noisy with street noise at night (and we was on the 5th floor) but I put my earplugs in and slept fine.

Nous avons eu un problème de wifi dans notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée, et ils ont immédiatement accepté de nous changer de chambre afin d’améliorer notre séjour - L'emplacement est top. Nous sommes à côté de Ben Thanh Market, Sai Gon Square et des transports. - La propreté de la chambre - L’établissement est assez simple, et les chambres mériteraient probablement un petit rafraîchissement. So I got disturbed a few times in the night by the noise of traffic. My husband who is not a light sleeper got to sleep very well though. So no, I'm not complaining really.

- Anne (8/5): Super lief en behulpzaam personeel! - De locatie is top en prijs kwaliteit is het een prima hotel! Vooral het personeel is zo aardig en zo behulpzaam. Ik was mijn tasje vergeten in de taxi en ik ben zo goed geholpen. Alleen daarom zou ik het al aanraden! Het is een beetje verjaard, maar voor de prijs echt prima.
- jeongrye (1/5): 숙박손님에게 사기 메세지 보내는 리셉션 직원----한국분들, 여자분들 특히 주의하세요. - 위치 침구는 세탁을 하지 않은 듯 더럽고 얼룩이 많이 묻어 있었어요. 또한 직원은 별로 부지런하지 않았고 숙소에 있어야 할것들을 제대로 챙겨주지 않았지만 가성비를 보고 선택한 호텔이라 이해하고 넘어가기로 했습니다. 도착한 첫날 우리가 가야할 장소를 물었을때 친절히 응대해 줘서 꽤 괜찮은 직원이라고 생각을 했었는데 그건 우리들의 완전한 착각이었어요. 체크아웃후 몇시간쯤 지났을 때 왓츠앱으로 리셉션 직원이라면서 개인 메세지가 왔고 우리가 예약한 방 두 개에 대한 지불을 했는지, 하나만 했는지를 물었습니다. 그래서 당연히 도착했을 때 방 두 개값을 지불했다 했더니 알았다고 하더라고요. 그리고 한참 있다 다시 메세지를 보내서, 착오가 있어서 그러는데 '내가 방 한개 값만 지불했고 나머지 금액을 어떻게 이체하면 되겠느냐'는 메세지를 복사해서 자기한테 보내달라고 하더라구요. 그러면서 자기를 도와달라고. 자신을 위해서 가짜 메세지를 한 번만 보내달라고 사정을 하면서 저한테는 절대 책임이 없다고 아주 장황하게 늘어 놓더라구요. 여자들끼리 여행하니 아주 만만하게 본건지. 하도 어이가 없어서 방 2개 값을 도착할 당시에 지불완료했고 그래서 체크인이 가능했으며 체크아웃 또한 가능했다. 내 여행을 더이상 방해하지 말라고 분명하게 말하고 부킹닷컴에 신고 했네요. 한국분들~~~~현금 결제 하시더라도 반드시 영수증 챙기시고 체크아웃한 이후에도 꼭 보관하세요. 아예 동영상을 찍으세요. 이 직원이 제가 비행기를 탔는지까지 물어보더라구요. 물리적으로 대응을 할 수 있는지 없는지를 확인하려고. 이후에 호텔측으로부터 정중한 사과의 메세지를 받았고 그 직원은 제발 부킹닷컴에 후기를 올리지 말라 사정하는 메세지를 보냈지만 베트남 여행의 말미에 이런 어처구니 없는 경험을 하고 보니 화가 나서 부들부들 떨리기도 하고 베트남에 대해 좋았던 기억이 많이 손상되는 느낌입니다. 물론 호텔측의 잘못은 아니라지만 직원을 잘못 교육시킨 책임을 물어 이 후기를 올립니다. 여행자 분들, 특히 한국분들 늘 조심하시고 이런 개인메세지 일절 응대하지 마시고 영수증 꼭 잘 챙기세요. 이 직원이 둥글둥글 순하게 생겼어서 그냥 믿었더랍니다. 인상보고 판단하시 마시길~~~!

- Colby (7/5): Good District One Stay - Good location, nearby good cafes and restaurants, central location in Ho Chi Minh City so it was easy to get to sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plus there was a cute cat too. Street noise, and the room was on the smaller side.
