• Talal (7/5): - الشقة كما في الصور لا يوجد أي اطلالة لها بعيدة عن كثير من النشاطات لم يتم تبديل الشراشف أو المناشف كما أن الماشف بلون أسود مما يصعب الحكم على نظافتها لكن رائحتها مقبولة

• Aleksandra (10/5): Cudowne miejsce, idealne jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. - Świetna lokalizacja do bazy wypadowej. Blisko do katedry Duomo oraz w pobliżu dużo restauracji. Pokoje przestronne, wygodne łóżka i naprawdę świetna lokalizacja :)

• Jef (7/5): Prijs kwaliteit goed appartement, met een top locatie! - Goede locatie, erg centraal gelegen, dichtbij een geweldig ijssalon! Mooi gebouw en erg verzorgd. Degelijke bedden die goed lagen. 2 badkamers. Er was maar 1 airco, waardoor het wel fris was in de woonkamer, maar te warm in de slaapkamers. Er was geen koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker om ‘s morgens koffie of thee te drinken. De douchekop houder in een van de badkamers is aan vervanging toe en zou iets lager mogen hangen.

• Borislav (9/5): super good - I liked the way of locking and unlocking the doors. Since we had an early flight on the day we were departuring it was extremelly easy to "leave the keys". Actually, the way of locking and unlocking the doors was with an online link which make it super comfrtable when traveling with friends and having an early flight. Additionally, the location was really good, not more than 15 minutes walk to Duomo.
• Johnson (9/5): Was what we needed and for our budget. Nice apartment and close to center.. - The location was close to Milan centre and everything we needed was nearby. A bit of a confusion about the location for the check-in. We got a message saying to go to a different address from the apartment and didn't know how to get there and changed all our transport plans. In the end the check-in was done at the actual property. All good in the end.
• Paulina (9/5): Amazing location - Amazing location of the apartment, everything was close, we didn't even have to use public transport. We were really happy with the contact with the host. There is an amazing place for breakfast near the apartment.

• Ines (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment in a good neighbourhood - The property was spacious and clean and not too far from the city centre The plug in the bathroom were too small (but their was also in adapter for this in one of the rooms ) but before finding the adapter it was very annoying we you wanted to drain your hair. Also the door is code based (keyless) and this can be quite difficult to open at times

• Hec_tor (7/5): Meh - Location. The sofa was very dirty, the plugs are old and we couldn't plug in the microwave. Communication with the owner was non-existent, only to ask for 10 stars on the last day. There was no coffee maker, but there were coffee capsules but we had nowhere to put them, nor cleaning supplies.
• Jocelyn (9/5): Place was conveniently located, very spacious and clean . - Very spacious, clean . Located near shops and restaurants. 2 bathrooms but only 1 had toilet paper. And it could use some bathroom rugs to avoid the floor getting wet after bath.
• Carmel (6/5): It was in a good location. - Convenient to some facilities. There were ants in the kitchen and we had to go and purchase some Antrid to treat the kitchen. I contacted the landlord and they wanted photos of the problem but I didn’t want to wait until they decided on a solution. There were 4 adults staying for 2 nights and we only had 2 toilet paper rolls so we had to go by toilet paper. Also, the basin plug in one of the bathrooms was jammed.
• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Location My mum and i think lot off peoples will have problem to go in this apartament… all that is complicate and make normal peopels angry very stupid system to open doors and everything. Only this was big minus.
• ביטון (6/5): Very good location but need to be more upgraded and clean - The location was very good! There were ants, the shower towels were very small (!) and the sheets on the bed was dirty and dusty. Also the sink was a bit broken

• Christy (2/5): Wouldn’t not choose again- Very stressful to get in and no answer when help needed - The location 1. It was extremely difficult to get in. Creating a stressful arrival late at night. 2. When we called the phone number given for immediate help we got no reply. And no acknowledgement the next day. We did not think we would be able to get in for some time. I honestly thought we could have been on the street or in search of new accommodation for 6 people late at night. 3. We payed extra for a late arrival when this clearly required no additional work from the host. On top of this we payed for a taxi to get us to the apartment before the cut off time of 23.45. And despite this we were unable to get help when we couldn’t get in. 4. The sofa bed was made up with linen but no pillows. 5. The AC leaked water 6. There is clearly an ongoing ant issue 7. No kettle or toaster. Would not stay again. And the host asked for a 10/10 rating.

• Megan (1/5): Worst place my family has ever stayed at, not accommodating at all, useless unhelpful host. - Location was 15 minute walk central of Milan. This whole place was a terrible stay, if I could give 0/10 I would. Trying to contact the host was a mess, and they were very unresponsive and sassy. As soon as we got to the apartment, the AC was leaking, one of the toilets wouldn’t flush, and one of the sinks wouldn’t drain. A family of 5 sharing one toilet is disastrous already. There was also only 1 AC that barely got into the bedrooms leaving it to be very hot. The AC is also positioned right above the sink so it was leaking all over the counter and even to the floor. I asked 5+ times to get these problems fixed and we were led on and later ignored. The check in process was also such a hassle and while I was asking questions to the host, I was responded to with a hostile/unfriendly manner. They included an YouTube video of how to get into the apartment but did not even send me the link to get in until I asked! In addition, the website that opened the apartment door was often faulty and we could not get into our apartment. Once again, no response from the host. After dozens of texts and calls, the host I was contacting through WhatsApp just ignored everything. I was told we would discuss getting some compensation for the inconveniences but nothing was done. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want your vacation ruined.
• Rana (1/5): Half the apartment was not used due to ants problem. They ruined our stay. Not recommended 👎 - We had terrible experience . The way they treated us was unacceptable. 1-The water boiler was not working so no hot water for shower . took them 5 days to fix it . So we stayed almost 5 days no hot water in the apartment. 2- We had to shut 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom due to huge number of ants in the bathroom and the bedroom. There was flying ants in my daughters’ bed and inside their shoes. 3- the AC leaks all l night over the steel sink so we couldn’t sleep from the noise. Only 1 Ac unit available. 4- no water kettle for coffee or tea. No coffee machine either. 5- no washing machine and only 1 set of towels for each person for 5 nights. 6- all my phone calls were ignored and sent many messages to the property about the issues but they didn’t do anything and totally ignored. .
