Kati (6/5): Kein Wohlfühleffekt. - Die Lage war super. Enpfang an der Rezeption war sehr nüchtern ( schnippisch) sachlich. Ein herzliches Willkommen geht definitiv besser. Eigentlich sollten ein Zimmer bzw Betten gemacht sein. Das ist nicht der Fall. Keine Handtücher vor Ort. Alles wirkte sehr verbraucht und mit Abstand nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
