Sophia (10/5): Excellent - It's very comfortable, and depending of the locals of tourism the location is great using private transport. There isn't public transport that near, as bus and subway, but as São Paulo is not that safe, I wouldn't recommend using those anyway. Inside the apartment there's a microwave, stove, all necessary utilities as pans and cutlery, hairdryer... There's no super market and drug store near by.
João (10/5): Great for business trips in Faria Lima and region. - The building is newly built so everything is new and fresh. The loft is complete with microwave, air fryer and very pretty with a nice view to Sao Paulo. It’s located in a very bohemian neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, cafes and pubs/bars. The facility also have a pool and a small gym which i used to workout. Excellent for short-term business trips, will definitely go back. I don’t have anything in particular that bothered me.
