• Carl (10/5): Exceptionally good. I can't wait to stay there again. - The location is perfect, just 3 minutes' walk from Sugamo station. Lots of local restaurants and chain restaurants nearby within 5-10 minute walk, so you don't have to worry about your meals. The flat is a real residential flat with a small kitchen. There is a 24-hour supermarket next to Sugamo station, so you can buy food and reheat it there in the flat anytime if you are not interested to dine out. I also love the washing machine and small balcony, where I could do all my laundry every day. I also like that no staff will come to visit you and clean up the house for you. You have to do all the cleaning, sort out the rubbish and take them to the collection point. Some people may think that this is a standard service, but I just simply enjoy that. The only thing I don't like is the bed. It is quite hard and not very confrontable to sleep on. Pillows are ok though.

• Pynsmom (10/5): Convenient, Clean and easy to travel with many different types of stores nearby. - Very clean, comfortable and easy to move from the property to the Sugamo JR station. And many stores, restaurants as well as a large supermarket in walking distance. The owner is also very kind.

• Amaya (9/5): Cómodo y práctico - Está muy cerca de la línea circular que recorre Tokio por lo que es muy fácil llegar a cualquier sitio. El espacio es pequeño pero está bien aprovechado. La mayoría de hoteles no tienen sitio para poner una cama supletoria por lo que este apartamento es una genial para familias. Tuvimos preguntas sobre el funcionamiento de alguna cosa y nos contestaron al momento, la comunicación fue muy fluida.

• sylvia (10/5): Best and easiest stay I’ve had. - As first time travellers, staying here made everything very easy for us. There are a lot of convenience stores just a few steps away and restaurants. Accessing the train was very smooth as it is only a 3 minute walk and very easy to navigate, and not too far from each city. Everything we needed was there and clean. Could not be more happier with this place. Will definitely be coming back here! Host are also very attentive and help you with everything you need.

• KeithHockly (9/5): Yamanote Line stay - My husband and I stayed in the compact, fifth-floor, one-bedroom apartment for 8 nights. It’s in a terrific location, just a 5-minute walk from Sugamo Station, with access to the Yamanote Line which is a circular line for getting around Tokyo, and the Mita Subway. It’s a short walk to the Sugamo Jizodori shopping street, and there are several supermarkets and dining options nearby. There was a combined kitchen and living space furnished with a flat screen TV, couch and table. The kitchenette was equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle, gas cooktop, and microwave. There was a laundry alcove with a washing machine and detergent. The apartment featured a small balcony which was perfect for hanging out our laundry. Sean was a great host – he was very helpful and super quick to respond to our queries.

• Danial (10/5): Good night sleeps and a very responsive property owner. - The property is situated in close proximity to a JR station. Very convenient to travel when you are planning to use the train as a mode of transport. Very quiet area, where you will sure get a good night rest and there’s a family mart right next to the place for basic amenities need. Overall the accommodations was really clean and is fully equipped for your basic everyday needs. The property owner is very responsive should you need any help. Overall a good experience for a first time to Tokyo.

• hachem (10/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei dem ich nicht weiß was ma hätte besser machen können. Einfach perfekt! - Die Lage war sehr gut, da man gut verbunden ist mit dem japanischen Verkehrsnetz jedoch ist es ebenso ruhiger als die klassischen Touristenorte. Man hat um sich herum alles was man braucht. Das Hotel war geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kann man sich ein Bad einlassen und sich entspannen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend.
