• Vita (9/5): Чисто, тихо, ліжка комфортні, 2 ванні кімнати, наявність тераси - Для компанії (6-7 осіб) житло зручне. Чисто, тихо, ліжка комфортні, 2 ванні кімнати, велика тераса. Халати, капці, миючі засоби, посуд - в наявності. Не достатньо було стільців за обіднім столом, халатів, рушників, кави, кришки на сковорідку... Але, для нас це були дрібниці, які не вплинули на комфорт та настрій. Значно більше втомлювало очікування міського транспорту на зупинках та пересування містом. Тому, раджу звертати увагу на локацію та відповідність вашим планам.

• Andrey (9/5): Moderne Wohnung - Große, saubere, moderne Wohnung. Viele Zimmer, Bäder und sogar eine große Terasse um die ganze Wohnung herum. Nah zum Zentrum und sehr leise. Man kann das Auto im Innenhof parken, muss aber extra zahlen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe. Bequeme Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum und große Betten. Einige defekte Kleinigkeiten, die schnell repariert werden können. Keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern.
• Steffen (9/5): Super ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage - Es war rundum super. Wer keine Wege zu Fuß scheut, findet hier eine tolle Unterkunft in Mailand. Wir brauchten ca. 5min zur nächsten Straßenbahn, 15min zur Metro und 35min zum Mailänder Dom. Super unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check-in via WhatsApp. Uns hat alles gefallen, kleine Kritikpunkte möchten wir anmerken, die zur Perfektion gefehlt haben: - in der Beschreibung werden 2 Schlafsofas + 1 Doppelbett angegeben, im Wohnzimmer gab es aber nur 1 Schlafsofa + Zustellbett Für uns hat es gereicht, da wir zu fünft waren, aber das ist etwas irreführend. - die Küchenausstattung war super, hochwertige Geräte, jedoch sollte der Bestand überprüft werden (nur 4 Gabeln, dafür viele Messer, Gläser nur je 3 vorhanden), kleines scharfes Messer fehlte (gibt es aber jetzt) - Hinweis auf Tourismusabgabe bei Abreise in bar zu hinterlassen sollte spätestens einen Tag vor Abreise erfolgen.

AC); Lage ok (Bus/Tram und Supermarkt 500-800 m, zur City 20 min) Kommunikation: sehr verbesserungswürdig: - vorher zugesagter Parkplatz € 20/Tag sollte vor Ort plötzlich € 40/Tag kosten, keine Reaktion vom Apartmentanbieter auf die Mitteilung dazu -> Auto im 15 min entfernten Shoppingcenter € 18/24h eingestellt - vor Ort-Koordinator (nicht englischsprachig...) am Vortag und am Anreisemorgen zur Ankunft über Whatsapp angeschrieben, keine Reaktion bis zur Ankunft, niemand vor Ort... mit Warnblinker im Parkverbot angerufen, darauf mühsames Suchen nach unserem Namen, dann erst whatsapps mit Zugangsmodalitäten - im Apartment keine Instruktionen/Informationen (WiFi-Kennwort auch erst nach längerem Warten per whatsapp bekommen) Kurzum: Dinge, die man nach mehrstündiger Anreise ohne Ortskenntnis einfach nicht braucht.

One parking lot inside the courtyard of the building, very accessible. It says there are two living rooms, but there is only one.

Plenty of space. - The local area is nice and clean with a number of local shops right at the doorstep. The only thing which didn't pan out as advertised on booking.com were the parking arrangements. The property was advertised as having onsite parking but for some reason we were not provided with it- despite availability, which we could see- and had to park about a kilometer away.
• Paul (9/5): Thank you. Good choice and value - I've stayed in 3 apartments in Milan and this was by far the nicest of the lot. It's close enough to the centre but feels very local. Nestor was extremely responsive. Bus right outside, tram nearby. Large supermarket close enough. The air con was top notch There was only 1 key for the flat which might not be ideal for larger groups. I didn't enquire as to an additional key though, we just made do instead

• Truong (8/5): The accommodation met all our requirements - N/A Communication was difficult as we don't speak Italian and the host could not speak English. We had to ask for favour of a shop owner to speak on the phone with the host to get him to come and gave us the key.

• Diana (10/5): Great stay in Milan! - The property is very well situated, just 5 min walk from the bus 92 station Via Maestri Campionesi which goes directly to Milano Centrale (main train station). The neighborhood is quite. The block is new. Checkin and checkout processes are very easy. The apartment is big, kitchen is well equipped. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron ans iron board. The bathroom is big and has all needed amenities. The bedroom is quite, bed and pillows are comfortable. There is also a balcony. The apartment was clean and looks like in. The pictures. Good value for the money! N.A

Everything what need - towels, slippers, hair dryer, in kitchen was everything for cooking and breakfast. 17 min walk to metro but also can get bus and drive 3 stops to metro. On the same street , is restaurant “Napule è” 30 sec walk . Recommend !!!!! Very tasty food and Italy atmosphere. Area quiet, on apartment don’t hear anything. Nothing

The door key is seems to be straight forward if the instruction given to us is clear. The Landlord is not reliable and consistent to solve the issues like we can’t open the door and when there was a power cut. He said he is coming in 2 minutes then he did not come then again he said he will come in 20 minutes but never came. In the end,he gave us instruction to find the fuse for the electricity.You will get anxious and worried if issues will be resolved. Also no lock for the bathroom/toilet,it is broken. The bedsheet is dirty but was changed quickly when mentioned.

• Terry (7/5): Great location, great hosts, HARD beds! - The location and how quickly the property manager responded to our last minute room request after other accommodations fell through. We had our room in 30 minutes! The location was very secure so we felt safe. The room was modernized and had everything we needed for our stay. I can’t say enough about the response to our request. Lastly, the air conditioner worked amazing during our 100+ degree days. The beds… I hated the beds, including the sofa bed. It was like sleeping on a stone table. Please upgrade your beds! It would make it a much better stay!

• Rosanna (9/5): Superb - The property was pretty modern and very clean. It is far from the city centre but it was ample for our requirements. It was very close to bus stops but a bit of a walk to the metro. Washing machine has no dryer and there was no drying rack nor hanging line as well.

No human contact. All on phone. No instructions on equipment or advice. No WiFi password till next day.
• Kateryna (8/5): Good apartment, the parking is nearby. - The apartment is nice. We had all we needed during our visit. The communication between the owner and the visitors should be improved. If the photos of the documents are required, the purpose of it should be explained in advance.
