• Sophie (8/5): Séjour à Malines - Appartement pratique, idéalement situé au centre ville. Vaisselle impeccable, literie parfaite Il manquait le socle de la balayette wc, aucune indication pour mettre en route le chauffage. Des coussins, un plaid, un peu de déco ameneraient une touche cosy à cet appartement, ainsi qu'une petite table basse :-)
• Gianluca (10/5): Casa accogliente! - Posizione fantastica! In pieno centro! Casa accogliente e pulita. Letti e cuscini comodi. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di cucinare grazie a tutto l'occorrente presente in cucina! Era un vero ristoro tornare a casa dopo una lunga giornata fuori al freddo! La camera da letto in mansarda era deliziosa! Aggiungerei qualche dettaglio per me essenziale come la doccetta in bagno per il bidet. Un appoggio per gli asciugamani perché non si sapeva dove metterli. Una padella perché c'erano solo pentole. E metterei almeno una sedia in camera da letto, perché solo l'appendiabiti non basta! Renderebbe tutto più perfetto!
• Koen Adriaan (9/5): - De locatie in het midden in het centrum van de stad was top. Uit de deur loop je snel het centrum in. Zonder dat je binnen last hebt van het winkelend publiek buiten. Het is niet het meest gezellige verblijf. Er zou wat aan de muur kunnen voor de gezelligheid. Of misschien een ander kleurtje op de muur dan wit.

Ci sono delle mancanze per i soggiorni più di 4 giorni. Il piatto doccia inadeguato, rischi di allagare il bagno. Mancanza di pentole utili, prodotti per la pulizia, non c’é un cambio asciugamani nei soggiorni lunghi.

• Fanny (6/5): Séjour correct mais plusieurs manquements - L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre de Malines, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Très lumineux et agréable, il dispose d’une belle TV avec ambilight, un petit plus sympa. La communication avec l’hôte a été facile, et le lit était confortable. Plusieurs points sont à améliorer. Le plus gros problème reste la propreté : le ménage semblait avoir été bâclé, avec des cheveux un peu partout et des traces de doigts sur les armoires (cuisine & salle de bain). Certains éléments de base manquent, comme des porte-manteaux, une poubelle dans les WC du bas, un bac pour la brosse à toilette (actuellement posée à même le sol, ce qui n’est pas hygiénique) et un grand miroir. La décoration est très minimaliste : murs blancs marqués de traces noires (frottements/usure), absence de déco, pas de lampes de chevet, très peu de rangements. Les coussins du lit étaient trop grands, et il n’y avait qu’un petit drap pour couvrir le matelas, sans aucune protection. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait beaucoup de calcaire — pas forcément “sale” mais un entretien régulier pourrait l’éviter. Autre point : pas d’airco. La chambre étant située sous les combles, la chaleur devient vite étouffante. De plus, l’appartement n’est pas accessible en voiture, ce qui complique l’arrivée et le départ avec des valises. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, et l’entrée du bâtiment était envahie de mouchettes, ce qui était assez impressionnant. Enfin, le balcon, pourtant agréable, était totalement vide : quelques chaises de jardin auraient été appréciées. En résumé, c’était correct pour un court séjour, mais je ne reviendrai pas.
