Please inform Hi-End 2BR, 2BR Apt, Heart of Canary Wharf - West India in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
1. We kindly request that you please treat the place as your own homes and keep property tidy and clean up any kitchenware that is used during your stay before check out
2. We operate a no shoes policy in carpeted areas of the property. We kindly request you to respect our no shoe policy as this is for the benefit of all guests and to maintain high hygiene standards.
3. We kindly request guests not to rearrange furniture, should there by a requirement to rearrange furniture, please get in touch and we will advise if this can be arranged for you.
4. We take a security deposit of 500. The security deposit can be processed through Airbnb or we can send you a payment link, this will be sent 4-6 days in advance of your arrival. You can order additional services like early check in, late check out, extra linen, extensions and instruct us to deduct the charges from your security deposit, or you can pay for these services through Airbnb at the time of ordering the services, this is completely your choice. Security deposit will be returned within 7- 10 business days of your check out date. We normally process refunds much quicker. Please refer to our 100's of 5 star reviews which support our proactive communications and the high quality service we provide.
5. Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed (quiet time is between 9PM and 8AM), including on balconies and in shared spaces. These violations are subject to immediate eviction, no refund and £250 minimum fine, plus associated cost to clean, deodorize, and repair any damage that may be caused. In the event of a party or gathering, we reserve the right to charge £100 per hour after the £250 minimum fine to cover administrative cost of managing the situation, disbursing of crowds, gathering and processing evidence, communications with neighbours, online travel agency platform, liaising with law enforcement and other authorities.
6. No smoking or drugs permitted, penalty of £150, these violations are subject to immediate eviction, no refund.
7. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time without written approval and/or delay our housekeeping company will be charged £30 per hour, plus any night/nights affected, plus cleaner reschedule and or cancellation charge from our housekeeping company.
8. Guest are responsible for disposing of the rubbish at the end of their stay. Mixed waste should be placed into black bags and to leave them in the rubbish disposal area at the front of the building. Recycled waste should be placed directly into the recycle bin located at the front right side of the building. Please ensure you do not overfill or contaminate the bins as this causes issues with collection of the bins. Should you require more details please get in touch. Any disposal of commercial waste will incur a fine ranging £50 upwards, depending on the amount of rubbish left behind as external waste collection will need to be arranged.
9. In handling maintenance, we reserve the right to access the property even when guests are not present. We are unable to schedule maintenance during specific times to accommodate guests. Typically, we arrange maintenance when guests are out of the property to avoid disrupting their stay.
10. It is mandatory to provide car registration numbers. Any unauthorized cars parked will receive an automatic charge, which cannot be waived. Also, please avoid parking on the stone paving directly outside the front entrance door or blocking the black door entrance. All parking rules for the property must be followed, and our check-in instructions will provide the parking rules for the respective listing.
11. Please be advised that as hosts, we are not liable for any issues pertaining to building amenities such as lift maintenance or unforeseen force majeure events. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, occurrences beyond our control may impact certain aspects of your experience. Therefore, please understand that such occurrences do not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.

- Jaz (3/5): Appalling customer service , unclean - The property itself is lovely , in a fantastic location and good views Absolutely appalling house keeping, tea/coffee stains on bed sheets, clearly not changed! Bits of food dropping on the rug in the living area, bedroom carpets not hoovered ! Previous visitors hair in the shower tray ! Very dirty kitchen floor with spillages (photographs taken of all of the above if required). The showers do not operate like normal showers , when asked how to use after my son had been scolded , I was informed there was a ‘knack’ to using it , which they failed to inform us! I did request some form of compensation , got a very judgemental , accusatory response ! Would not recommend and I certainly would not hook with these people again ! Terrible customer service !

- Jane (2/5): Disappointing - location great, accessible to the tube and shops. Great views Property manager that met us was in a hurry and unhelpful. The building has serious issues - a lot of water damage and mould. The hot taps got stuck in both showers and there was no-one willing to come and fix for a few days, so only option was the bathtub. I can see this was previously mentioned in other reviews, but it is still a problem!! No dryer - we were there in winter so it was impossible to dry clothes - The blinds in the main bedroom are still broken and let light in. We had to pay a ridiculously high extra bond on top of the apartment fee (that is in fine print) because they had previously had bad tenants. Lifts were dodgy, only one worked properly. This was a shame it is such a nice apartment in a perfect location and just needs a few things to be fixed to make it perfect and that would not be that difficult to repair.

- Lorianne (8/5): Great location, spacious and comfortable unit - This a spacious and comfortable unit. The host is accessible. It is fast and easy to get around London, especially with the Elizabeth line. It is also very convenient for groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The towels, linens, TV, sound proofing all very good. Kitchen is a bit spartan but ok for a short stay. Big soaker tub in master bath. Lots of closet/shelf space. Need curtains or properly fitted blinds in bedrooms. There are 2-3" gaps that let in early morning sunshine (5am during our stay) and are too tall to be blocked with pillows. Light also came in at night from the surrounding area, but it was not as bright.
We were informed a few days before our stay that one of the stand-up showers was not working and reminded that the listing offered only one shower. Neither shower, however, could be adjusted below very hot water temp (we tried both showers in case we had it wrong which one was working). We tried dodging in and out of the water and ultimately used the wand in the tub. We did not report it as it was already mentioned in another review. They are nice bathrooms and hopefully will be fixed soon.

This review was so misleading and I am glad I pursued clarifications with the management of the property. They were so thorough, so careful, and so supportive.
To start with, this apartment is so pretty, so neat, so elegant. It is located in a very elegant building, very close to three tube stations. Every thing in this apartment is so expensive, high quality and everything in the apartment is so elegant.
The managers of the property kept sending information about the vicinities of the apartment, they sent a guide of the restaurants, attractions and transportation means of the area, and answering all our inquiries in a very tempestive way.
We even were so lucky to be met by one of the management near the metro station and walked us to the building.
Did I say how pretty the area is? How many awesome restaurants and cafes in the area, just minutes walk away?
Every thing about our stay in the apartment and area was so perfect. Thank you so much! This isn't really anything we did not like, but just wanted to mention how important it is to be careful and treat well the properties we go. The previous tenants probably hadn't paid too much attention to the extra airbed we requested and we inflated in each night, because it would go low every night. Everything else was EXCELLENT!!
- Yudi (5/5): Passable - Location Not cool when we only been informed about only one working shower upon checked in. Left us with absolute no choice to find alternative accommodation. The flat was shared with a staff member and having to share the washroom was utterly ridiculous. To top it all, there was no cleaning service during the duration of our stay. Curtain was broken, promised to get it fixed was not delivered. Great apartment and great location anyhow, but please deliver what was advertised.
