- Wilcox (1/5): A terrible experience, we didn’t want to spend time in the apartment given the stench of smoke. - The property is well located. When we arrived the previous guests had been smoking even though this is advertised as a no smoking accomodation. The stench was so bad it lasted for the whole of our week long stay. No effort was made to properly clean the property. We contacted the managers who told us just to use air fresheners, and on repeated requests we were finally given an air purifier. Not that either of these made a difference. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived and even though we offered to move out to give more time for a deep clean they weren’t interested. The apartment overall is tired and isn’t as good as the advertised photos suggest. Without the smoke issue it still needs a good deep clean. Overall very unsatisfactory especially given how much we paid.
