• Amy (10/5): Brilliant location, lovely stay! - Fantastic location - so near the beach. Local cafes and shops just a small walk away. Spacious, clean apartment with everything that you’d need for a trip away. Beds were very comfy. Met some of the housekeepers on arrival who were very friendly. Price was also so reasonable! Definitely would recommend ☺️ No issues at all.

• Djurdjica (Georgia) (1/5): Disappointing Stay – Misleading and Unsafe - Nothing, other than the beach being very close, which we didn't even get to explore 😕 I booked this property for one night (30.09–01.10.2025) and was very disappointed. There was no designated parking for Unit 3, only street parking, which was full due to beachgoers. We had to park far away and carry our luggage a long distance, very inconvenient. The entrance felt unsafe, with a flimsy glass sliding door that was hard to open and a screen door that couldn’t be locked. The unit faces a public park, which added to our concerns, especially with my three daughters staying with me. The air conditioning remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Although the listing mentioned four beds, two were a trundle bed—the lower one couldn’t be pulled out properly due to furniture placement. There were visible stains and pet and human hair on the bedding, and the laundry was shared, which was not clearly stated in the listing. I never book shared facilities for privacy and safety reasons. The owner offered to clean/repair during our short stay, but that wasn’t a viable solution. We left early and had to find new accommodation, costing us more time and money. I do not recommend this property😒😭

• Amanda and Tim (5/5): Overnight stay - We attended a Saturday wedding so really we were here from 3pm briefly prior to reception, then 12am to 9am the next day, and did not use the kitchen, although it seemed clean and new. Shower pressure was good. Communication from owner was good, as I messaged her on the day seeking instructions re key, and she responded immediately. Previous Booking.com comms had ended up in her Junkbox. Location good, and parking for our 2 cars outside once we determined where we could park, and which apartment was ours. I have to be honest unfortunately the unit directly above was having a party and playing loud music and shrieking until about 1:30am which made sleep impossible. Then the next morning their talking, heavy footsteps above & moving chairs / furniture across floors etc woke us up, due to poor soundproofing/accoustic underlay between the floors. It sleeps 6, but the 2nd bedroom where 4 sleep, with a double bed and then a trundle bed beside it is very small. Fine for young kids but not adults, as very tight room wise already, without the lower trundle pulled out. Fine for us for 1 night, as luckily although I'd booked for 6, only ended up 4 of us staying. Oddly too, as I am safety conscious, before we left for the reception, I checked the windows, and every single window in the apartment was "closed" but not locked/latched shut... I found this an unusual security oversight after cleaning, that a ground floor unit's multiple windows would be left unlocked in this manner.

• Kelly (8/5): I feel it is overpriced with $80 Pet fee and 3pm check in - Location and apartment was really nice 3pm Check in. Its absolutely ridiculous to have to wait until 3pm to check in anywhere. I run a motel myself and I always offer my guests as early check in as possible, waiting around until 3 o'clock is a waste of time and money I paid for the apartment.
• Georgina (7/5): Pleasant stay for a few days but noise and lack of comfortable outdoor space would make it less enjoyed or for longer. G - Tidy and clean with comfy beds and short walk (steep steps) to beach and to shops. Good living area inside. Was on a main road and the ‘garden’ is the slopped area down to the road. The combination of the road and hearing the unit above meant it was quite noisy. We and other guests arriving at a different unit at the same time found it confusing to find which unit we were in as no instructions sent - similarly for the parking.

I loved that it was pet friendly, because then we could bring our Labradoodle Rusty. Quality of frying pan. We ended up having to buy our own to use while we were there.

• Amie (7/5): Location great, shops great, pet friendly - Location is fab, walk to the beach - but if you travel with your pet you’ll need to get in car to gate 27 (this is gate 34) walk to shop and RSL. Pet friendly (we have a mini schnauzer who is like another child so awesome to bring her along) Road traffic a little noisy, and cause you’re on the street privacy is a little compromised. Unit was clean but the cleaning products used left a strong lingering bleach smell in the unit. I opened all windows as much as possible, but could still smell it days later. One mattress is comfortable than the other, and quite a hot unit (we both woke up needing to put the fans on during the night) I get the concept of the couches but terrible for back support and not that comfortable to really relax in. We could only want commercial Tv, couldn’t log onto our Netflix so ended up watching something on my laptop
