• Henson (8/5): Beautiful home. Friendly owners. Will try to rent here again when we go Disney. - I liked that the house was clean and the pool was perfect size for the entire family and at the house so we did not have to leave just to swim. They also offer a large 3ft pool by the clubhouse and a hot tub which was nice they just close early. There weren’t any beaches close to this property but that’s something I saw when I chose this property so not their fault. I also didn’t like that there were hardly any workers at the clubhouse or gate so having questions answered without calling was hard. However they responded rather quickly through email.

• Hutchins (6/5): Fixer upper stay - We liked the pool area and how much space we had through the house. The internet was fast. The remote owners were fast and friendly. The ac was unreliable. I ended up getting fans from walmart. There was a leak in the ceiling by the master suite. Water damage throughout. The floor left my kids feet black with dirt. When they day "bare minimum" they mean it. Cost me over 400 bucks to get comfortable. (Laundry, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) Water pressure was horrible.
• Copenheaver (5/5): Not worth the amount I paid - I liked the development and having a place with a pool attached. It was a spacious place. The development pool with small. The residence was dated with a lot of repairs needed. Did not have a pot to boil water for pasta. Existing supplies at the location were small, broken or not helpful to cook on site. The beds were hard as rocks, difficult to sleep in. The couches were more comfortable. This was my first experience renting an individual home and I was not impressed. There was a water spot in the ceiling that got larger as we stayed which was a concern. Very disappointed that they charge you extra to heat the pool and gas for the grill. When you go in a month that is a little cooler you do not want to swim in a cold pool so you feel expected to have to add that to the charges.
