- Christopher (7/5): Nice location, needs some updates, not alllowed to use resort pool, Xtra fees for Hot tub heat - The home was easy to find, in a nice part of town at Encore resort. Very large, lots of bedrooms. Towels provided, lots of dishes in the kitchen. Beds are comfy. Hosts are easy to contact. Safe, gated community. Fridge not cold enough and freezer didn't work at all. Hot Tub is cold unless you pay extra fees to heat it. Extra fees for pool heat and BBQ grill also. Sun never hit the pool, so no tanning in the shade. No backyard to speak of, just pool. No access to Encore Resort pool and waterpark was very disappointing. Pool table has been abused and stained, and the pucks for air hockey aren't weighted and do not stay on the table. Carpet is stained in a few rooms and stairs. Corners of the bathrooms are dirty. Watch out for the nails at the top of the stairs that are supposed to have carpet covering them! Very loud alarm on back slider door if it's open for more than a few seconds and Can't turn it off. Wish I had known to book Encore directly for same price to have access to the resort Waterpark and pool.
- Derrick (9/5): fantastic property for a large party as long as not planning to spend a lot of time at the propyduring the day unless st - clean modern nice theme room upstairs if had children in party no sun in garden so unable to sunbathe by the pool due to location of the lot property on opposite side of street will be perfect or sunbathe on the drive !! annoying alarm in patio doors when going in and out to pool
