• Maryam (9/5): Amazing 2-br apartment near mid valley southkey - There is a water dispenser so it enables the occupants to drink anytime and any temperature. Check-in instructions were clear and my group of friends entered without any problem. Facilities are all in good order. I really love the hand wash at the kitchen/toilet sink. Thanks so much for preparing such a nice place to stay 😄 There are five towels on the bed and some of them has a weird odour (usually due to insufficient soap/clean and drying).

• Happy (10/5): Convenient - The place is close to eateries next door. The food there, in general, are delicious. The place is also close to Mid Valley. Hope Grab can drop off or pick up passengers in the lobby and not outside the compound. It was quite hard when it is raining.

The small door to the back yard if not locked people can enter by climbing from the lift lobby level 28 area. A small gate inside the house to ensure heighten safety will be good. Just my thoughts. Netflix off. Reno ongoing so facility area not much of use.

• Philip (10/5): Great stay and helpful host. - The original room we booked had a faulty bidet spray. Mandy updated us prior to check in and arranged for an alternate apartment personally on site. Even help us retrieve the keys while we were at the guard post registering our QR code. Location is a 5 mins drive to south key mall. Apartment is clean with no frills. Filtered water dispenser is available which is great. Master bedroom comes with a queen and single beds with attached bathroom. The second room comes with a queen bed but room feels a bit claustrophobic with the thick dark grey drapes (window looking inward to corridor), otherwise clean. All rooms and hall are equipped with Aircon and fans. Kitchen can be considered fully equipped but no cooking allowed. Simple microwave heating of food allowed. Changing to a brighter coloured drapes will make the rooms more spacious and brighter. The sideboards for the beds are a bit dusty which we had to clean. Generally apartment is clean and well maintained. Sofa is comfortable and clean.

• King Seng (8/5): - Location is very good.. Walking distance to midvalley southkey mall. All malls are nearby too within 1-2 km radius. Strict security check.. But it's acceptable
• WindyClouds (8/5): Comfortable stay in Southkey. - The manager of the unit, Ms. Mandy was responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was easy n fuss-free. The apartment size was great, and the security access to the premise was tight . It's really a good place for family . Love the fact that there's a restaurant below the block, so convenient. Although there are shops below the apartments, but this did not disturb the calm and quietness of its surroundings. The wet n dry area of the toilet can be improved further.

We left an iPhone charger in the apartment on day of checkout and Mandy was kind to inform us and arrange for us to go back and pick up. Thanks Mandy! Overall room is clean, spacious and entire checkin, checkout process is fuss-free. You have everything needed for a short staycation. Master bedroom toilet floor lil slippery.

• Cheesl (9/5): Nice, clean & worth staying. - The place is very well up keep & maintained. Everything was provided. Kitchen utensils were new & clean. The place is very convenient with coffee shop nearby. Walking distance to shopping mall Mid Valley. Host was very helpful & responded to enquiries promptly. Just the second day suddenly there was water cut due to faulty water pump for the building. Host Mandy kept us updated on the repair progress & water was restored after 2hrs.

Unfortunately the windows wasn't too clean. Else the view will be 10/10. Found some sweets & tissues in between the sofa with ants. Informed the owner & hopefully the housekeeping staff will do a thorough cleaning after each guest's check out.

This booking was better than the one managed by gre*td*y.

Place is clean and beds comfy except for the extra (single) bed which is very soft. 2 toilets and bed space for 5. The apartment complex itself feels safe with security and a nice lounge. Location wise it looks near to the mall and Taman Sentosa but you should take a grab, so not like *super* convenient (if you wanted to walk). No big issue. We gave some other suggestions to the host regarding kitchen equipment and they were very receptive. I'd suggest bringing your own shampoo if you're particular.
• Joycelyn (9/5): Spacious and lovely plc for families with children - The cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit with a great view! Mattress was comfy, would be gd to offer extra pillows for small families with kids. I simply love the usage of the thick curtain so that the sunlight can't shine through it and I can hv my quality sleep. Owner is attentive enough to provide more than she can including filtered water, ice, washing machine, rain shower and baby cot etc. It was just one of the best apartment we stayed in. 10 mins walk mid valley southkey, took grab back to apartment as its a short distance too. Great plc for friends and family stay. Oh yes and every room comes with fan and aircon, it's just too cosy in rooms. Coffee shop is available downstairs too. Very convenient. Last but not least, tks to Mandy for being responsive and her attentiveness. Nil
