• LoShondalyn (2/5): ABSOLUTELY NOT A LUXURY STAY!!!!! - I have stayed at the Magic villas from the time they opened until this current year 2025. This has been my worst experience through this particular booking, which is a private owned experience outside of magic villa! I love the property. It looks clean. The location is great on the outside. This property should be well kept on the inside as well and unfortunately, with this booking that was not the case. I did not like that this private owner let this beautiful property go down the drain. It is such a waste because all it simply needs is a good deep cleaning paint new sofas and furniture, new curtains and a cleaning staff that cares about the property and it could be so much better. I also did not like the response from the staff or host when I advised how dirty the property was up upon checking in how outdated the furniture and worn and dirty it was, they simply offered a discount on another stay and someone to clean it not any funds back For the expensive booking and luxury stay that I anticipated on booking not a Care in the world about wasted money in today’s economy! WASTED MONEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN
