• Kim Jessica (9/5): - The whole team – Jackson, Hector, Max, Lydia, Mariah, Amelio, Val, Mickey, Violette, Jayden, and Jack – was amazing! Whenever I had a question, someone was always there to help quickly. Everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made me feel at home right away. I joined two of the evening activities and had such a great time. Every evening offers something different, and everything is thoughtfully organized. The team really creates a sense of community and makes you feel like part of one big family. The location is also excellent, with the main attractions within easy walking distance. If you prefer not to walk, the nearest station is just a short distance away, making it very convenient to get around. nothing :)

• Laura (8/5): - The staff are amazing and so welcoming especially Lydia and the manager Jack (maybe I’m biased bc they’re both Aussies 🇦🇺) the common areas are great! Located close to the underground and walking distance to Westminster and the London eye! Nothing they could control but I came during the heatwave so the rooms did tend to get quite warm but I believe they have already made steps to help reduce this!
• Daniel (10/5): - My cousin and I stayed at Onefam Hostel Waterloo for two nights, and it was honestly a fantastic experience. You can immediately tell that the people running this hostel truly care about what they do and genuinely enjoy creating a great atmosphere for guests. The hostel itself was amazing. The kitchen, common area, bathrooms, and rooms were all clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully organized. What really made this place stand out were the activities. Unlike many other hostels, the events did not feel generic or forced at all. They were genuinely fun, engaging, and organized by people who clearly put passion and personality into them. A special thank you goes to Lydia, who was at the reception most of the time. She was incredibly friendly, made everyone feel welcome, and had excellent music taste. The music she played in the common area always created such a good vibe. Another huge thank you to Augustin, who not only cooked delicious food for us but was also an amazing party host in the evening. He led the drinking games and pub crawl one night, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. Even though we only stayed for two nights, my cousin and I would absolutely come back again. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a social, welcoming, and memorable stay in London.

• Michael (10/5): Great people, great memories! - The staff was extremely welcoming and did a great job of ensuring we had fun during the entire stay. We went on excellent walking tours during the day and had a blast during the pub crawls. Jacko and Micky were awesome hosts and very friendly! The kitchen facility was exceptional and the common room was a great place to hang out. 11/10 for a solo or small group stay in London! A little but tight in terms of bedding and store for luggage, but thats what you pay for at most hostels. The experience far outweighed any minor inconvenience.

We were a group of 6 staying in a shared dorm with shared bathrooms, and everything was well managed, clean, and comfortable throughout the stay. The hostel had a very friendly and social atmosphere which made the experience even better. Special thanks to Jacko at reception who checked us in, he was a great host, welcoming, helpful, and brought really good energy from the start. The whole team was friendly and made the stay feel easy and enjoyable. Great location, good vibe, and a nice place to stay if you’re visiting London. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip! Nothing as such.

Il n'y a pas de rideau pour avoir de l'intimité dans le lit, pas de lampe de chevet. La chambre était très sombre. L'espace avec le lit du dessus était très petit. L'auberge a une ambiance très jeune, et très communautaire, ce qui est chouette si l'on veut participer, mais cela ne conviendra peut-être pas à quelqu'un qui cherche le calme.

What really made this the best stay in a hostel I have had was the staff. They were all brilliant, welcoming, and great to spend time with. More bathrooms would be great, but not much that can be done with that given the location and property.

The hostel staff were really helpful, as my boyfriend and I extended our stay here, and my booking had put us in 2 different rooms, but the workers figured out a way to put us in a room together. We had a 3 bunk room on the 2nd floor (no elevator), and there was cleaning every morning in the room that would wake us up. Between that and either out all night or others coming in late, it was hard to get much sleep.

They were highly involved with making sure that everyone was safe, and created avenues for adventure throughout London. Ways to purchase shower slippers would have been great.

• Nidhal (7/5): Party hostel shenanigans - I went to London for a weekend to see a friend and go to a house party so I decided to stay here because I’ve never stayed in Waterloo before (I’ve been to London more times than I can count at this point). - front desk staff were friendly - location was walkable to the train station - small convenient store maybe a 3 minute walk - very social/party hostel with events every night - free dinner if that’s what you’re looking for - no blinds on the windows so you have to sleep at night (which is counter intuitive for a party hostel since people drink and stay up at night). - common for European hostels but no curtain around your bunk. - the girl that was hosting the drinks night did not look like she was having a good time showing people to the pub crawl night…

• Grzegorz (10/5): Great place to stay! - Totally recommend, easy, simple, good money, the staff was amazing - Jacko, Max, Hector, Isaac, Auli, Zach and Melany took the best care of us! Superb place to stay for a couple nights, clean, good location - quick walk or couple bus stops to London eye; shops, pubs nearby. Everyone around is super helpful, there are sightseeing daytrips, free meals and party nights organized, but if You are not in the mood for socializing You can just pick up free earplugs from reception desk and chill. There are lockers to keep Your stuff safe, but bring Your own padlock or buy one at the reception, same with towels. It is possible to leave You luggage in a locked room before or after You stay.
• Sabrina (9/5): Overall worth the price - Love the vibes here. Staffs here are great and a little shoutout to Auli, Mel and Zach who were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. Love that they also offer tours daily and fun stuff at night. The beds are not that comfortable but it could be worse.

The hostel also offers great activities like family dinners, pub crawls and walking tours, which make it super easy to meet people and have a good time seeing the city. If I had to mention a small thing for improvement, the showers could maybe use a bit of an upgrade, and curtains on the beds would be a nice addition.

Overall, a memorable stay with great people and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. If I had to suggest a small improvement, I’d say the showers could be updated a bit.

• Maia (10/5): An unforgettable stay. Amazing vibe - I absolutely loved my stay! I wish I could have stayed longer. The vibe of the place is amazing—I’m a solo traveler and I didn’t feel alone at any moment. They plan everything for you! The night outings are sooo worth it! Even though the rooms are mixed, and I was the only woman in my room, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and welcomed. There were no inappropriate jokes or unpleasant behavior at all. Thanks guys 💖

La cena è sempre offerta e preparata dallo staff ed è a base vegetariana. I viaggiatori sono tutti incredibili e lo staff fa tutto ciò che può per non farti sentire fuori posto, e gestiscono qualsiasi richiesta di aiuto o di eventuale disagio con gli altri viaggiatori in modo professionale e super carino. È stato il mio primo solo travel e voglio assolutamente tornarci! Nulla in particolare, tutto perfetto
