• E (4/5): Très mauvaise expérience : appartement sale et non conforme - Le lieu est idéal par rapport à la gare et à la proximité du métro. Plusieurs restaurants à côté très bon et à des prix très corrects. L'appartement était sale ! Et le canapé n'est pas un lit comme indiqué dans l'annonce et il était sale ! La douche dans la salle de bain est pleine de moisissures et la chasse des toilettes coule et c'était sale !!! Les lits dans les chambres des enfants grincent ! Il y avait un nécessaire de toilettes pour 3 personnes pour 1 jour alors que nous avions loué pour 2 jours à 5 !

Very poor service. when we checked in, there was no hand soap or toilet paper, so we had to buy these ourselves. The coffee capsules did not fit the machine, one of the beds had no blanket, and the toilet was broken. We had to wait for an hour to get into the apartment because the lock wasn’t working.

• Scott (10/5): Short stay but great - Close to train station, plenty of space Sofa was advertised as a sofa bed, but is just a sofa. It was also broken, but men came to fix but unfortunately it broke again. Response was good.

• Lawrence (8/5): Great Location - Location was great. Good spacious rooms, all with air-conditioning which we needed due to very hot weather in August. Restaurants, grocery store, metro station are all within few minutes. Entrance to the building. An access card would be a better option

• IT-Chan (8/5): バスタブ不要の人にはお勧め。 - 広い、きれい、周辺便利、静か、エレベーターあり お湯がぬるくバスタブにお湯を張れなかった。トイレの水が少し流れっぱなし。部屋のロックの仕方が最初分からなかった。洗濯機の乾燥能力が低い。ゴミ捨て場に行く鍵がなかった。ビルの入り口が3か所あり分かりにくい。

• Isabelle (7/5): Easy check-in and moving in and out with the codes for the doors, central and quiet building. - The location is perfect, very close to the central station. The building is quiet and the flat is spacious with plenty of natural light, clean and well equipped. One of the descriptions said that there was a sofa bed and actually it is simply a sofa. Initially, I had booked for five guests and this flat can only accommodate four comfortably. I think the booking should not allow to enter more than four guests.
• Sophia (3/5): Good location to central station but that is about it, would not recommend to anyone - It was good walking distance to central station. Good to have a little balcony. Beds were terribly uncomfortable, pillows were practically non existent, black mould everywhere in the bathroom, needed to clean the shower head out for water to come through, had to run the bathroom sink for their to be hot water in the shower, toilet seat broken, rubbish still in bathroom, floors were dirty there was a toothpick on the living room floor on arrival which with a 10month old is very dangerous, minimal kitchen utensils eg no oven mits to be able to use the oven, difficult to be able to throw garbage out when you are out sightseeing all day.
• Yuliia (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was really dirty even though I messaged in advance to make sure it’s properly cleaned as we were traveling with small kid. The floor was sticky, linen disgusting with yellow stains and dirty, the water system is very weird, we didn’t have hot water as we simply couldn’t figured out how it works. We booked for 5 pax however the bed for 5th person wa never set up, so we had to find linen somewhere in the bag in the drawer and the pillow… no comments at all. There were some blankets in the wardrobe that were sooo smelly… We paid extra money for “cleaning services” which we never received, once never came to renew/replenish the items. Definitely not worth it the money we paid…
• Tsvetina (7/5): A good place to stay - A spacious apartment on a great location. The check-in and the check-out procedures were very clear. We needed some assistance from the hosts, and they answered immediately. The apartment is a bit outdated: the bathroom and the kitchen need some renovation. We were a group of five people, and one of us had to sleep on the couch, but the bed wasn't made, so we had to search sheets, pillows and a blanket. There's no lamp on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms.

• Siow (5/5): To sum up, the location is great although it’s not worth the price, I would expect the better standard… - Great location, near to Milano Centrale. 1. The floors are coated in a thick layer of dust, making each step leave a faint cloud in the air. Dirt stains are scattered across the surface, some deep and ingrained, giving the floor a grimy, neglected appearance, especially at living and dining areas. 2. The dining table and chairs also grimy and dusty. 3. The living shelving cabinet must be cleaned up prior to put our stuffs on it.🥲 4. The sofa bed (only can define as normal standard L-shape sofa, not bed🤔) is very uncomfortable. The extra bed linen and towel set needs to dig out from bedroom wardrobes ourselves. We need to text the property teams and ask for it… so terrible😏 5. Kitchen- luckily we didn’t buy the foodstuff to prepare our dinner as there is no water supply at the kitchen sink as well as no detergent and sponge for cleaning…. 😔 6. 5pax stayed but only provided half-roll of toilet paper… only have one spare toilet paper needs to dig out from the cabinet. 7. Hair dryer is dirty and malfunctions.

• Vladimir (9/5): Great location, you can choose 3 metro station around place in 5-7 min. facility ok for rent apart's - Get a link to open the gate and code for the door locker. Everything was easy and smooth. The metro runs nearby, you can hear them, but they didn’t disturb our sleep much, the child didn’t wake up either you need mobile internet/wifi for open doors. Didn't find any physical keys. it is clear that the apartment is for rent, there was no piece of the dishwasher with a display, this did not interfere with the use, but still. the kitchen door fell off, the toilet drain did not close completely

• B-rub (2/5): Very poor - The location. But honestly, that's about the only positive thing we can say. Our recent stay in Milan was a letdown. Despite being frequent visitors to the city and long-time users of Booking.com, THIS PLACE MISSED THE MARK BIG TIME. First off, about the whole security deposit. It's pretty baffling that they kept asking us to pay twice, especially when we'd already sorted it out and paid this particular deposit through Booking.com. Not exactly the most professional move, if you ask me. Now, onto the apartment itself: The bathroom was in need of some serious cleaning. 👎 Misleading advertisement. The pictures did not match what was advertised. The dishwasher was broken, which was not what we expected when booking a fully furnished place. Adding to the frustration, no one informed us about the dishwasher issue beforehand, so we had to spend our vacation washing dishes by hand. 👎 Dishes, cups, glasses, and kitchen utensils were full of grease stains. 👎 The taps (kitchen and bathroom) were grimy and extremely stiff. 👎 The master bedroom mattress: way too soft for our liking. It felt like sinking into a cloud – and not in a good way. 👎 Overall, we definitely won't return to this place, and we certainly won't recommend it to anyone else.
