• Martindale (1/5): - On savait que c’était au dessus d’un bar, le problème est que nul part c’était inscrit que c’était au 4e étage. Les photos qu’on voit sur le site sont pas adéquats car ils ont plusieurs appartements.

• Servane (9/5): - L’emplacement était bien, une belle décoration, spacieux et calme. Merci aux services pour l’accueil et la gentillesse. Le canape lit n’est vraiment pas confortable, fait énormément de bruit et n’est pas bien pour dormir. Petite info, préciser que l’escalier est peu large.

• Benjamin (5/5): Très calme ou impossible de dormir... - L'appartement est bien équipé, il est spacieux et confortable. Il y a une boite de nuit et un bar spectacle juste à côté. Ce n'est pas un simple restaurant/spectacle. Le quartier est très calme en dehors des soirs où la boîte de nuit est ouverte jusqu'à 3h du matin. Si vous n'êtes pas noctambule, cet appartement n'est pas pour vous.

• Hutchison (1/5): Bedbugs! - Stayed here after traveling the day from Toronto. Both beds had numerous bedbugs in them. They had been there a while because some were bloody when we killed them and none of us got bitten. Contacted the owners who basically told us we'd have to find another place to stay and couldn't do much else to help our situation. We ended up having to book last minute hotel reservations which cost nearly twice as much, not to mention the food we had bought to cook as well. Owners did not offer any form of reimbursement for the amount of extra trouble and money we went through. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.
• Nicola (7/5): Nice but noisy - Apartment was very nice inside and having use of a washing machine and tumble dryer was great. Location was good - good supermarket was nearby and it was not too far to walk from the railway station or into the old town. The kitchen was well equipped but unfortunately was missing a corkscrew. There was no air conditioning and the apartment did get very hot during our stay. It was also quite noisy late into the night / early morning with music from a bar below.
• Denise (6/5): Very nice, except for noise at times and steep stair case. - The loft was nice and had all that we needed plus a grocery store a couple of doors down the block. The beds were good, the TV worked great and we had a washer and dryer for clothes in the bathroom. We enjoyed cooking meals there and eating 😋 them. The stairs to the flat were tough especially when dredging up suit cases and groceries. Also, we walked a lot so stairs at the end were taxing. Because the place was older we heard every step, plus someone from either another flat or downstairs bar would crank up music at midnight making it hard to sleep.

• Federico (9/5): Apartamento y ubicación excelentes para visitar Québec !!! - El departamento era muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. La ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene comercios en la cuadra y está cerca del Ascensor del Faubourg, lo que permite llegar fácilmente a pie a la calle Saint-Jean y al centro histórico (unos 20 minutos). El departamento nos encantó..y lo único que hay para observar son los ruidos del bar de abajo hasta la noche muy avanzada y que se sienten más que nada en la zona del salón. En el dormitorio, casi no se escuchan. A pesar de este inconveniente, me volvería a alojar con gusto en esta propiedad. Pueden escucharse ruidos de pasos de los apartamentos linderos además de la música y charla del bar de abajo.

• Peter (7/5): Good - The place was clean and the location was great. Hosts very responsive. The restaurant below is not just a minor inconvenience...it's a full on nightclub. Impossible to sleep from 10 to 3am on the nights we were here because the bass was so loud. I wouldn't say this is a "family" place like some of the reviews would claim.

• Miguel (9/5): Beautiful designer place to stay. - The decoration is amazing. We stayed in the flamenco apartment. Really clean and confortable. Great wifi. Good pressure on the shower. Wash and dryer machine available. A supermarket at 20m with everything you may need. Is close to bars, boulangerie and other shops. You can hear a bit of noise of the bar but for us wasn't any problem to sleep. It's on a newer part of the city, not in the old town. The sink was quite small. There's no comfortable chair to work with a laptop. You have to go up two floors by stairs that are a bit small.
• M. (7/5): Good location, clean apartment but photos misrepresented the place we got. - Location was excellent, apartment was clean and stay was quiet. Photos were not accurate to what we received, bathroom was much smaller, out of all the photos in the post, two represented what we got. I'm guessing there were many apartments being rented. We got the top floor which was about 3 floors worth of stairs to climb, also not mentioned. Parking also limited.
• Poliafico (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. Very quiet. Well situated. Parking a little farther off. Doesn't matter if you don't have a bunch of stuff to bring. Lots of stairs so maybe not for someone with limited mobility

• Joe (6/5): Very nice apartment however noise can be an issue. - Very clean, well stocked kitchen and apartment well stocked with linens and towels. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom. We stayed two nights. The first night there was lots of noise from the street below (The apartment is located on quite a busy street with bars and restaurants) also due to the age of the building there is lots of noise from the neighbours in the above apartment, so it wasn’t a great nights sleep. The second night there was no noise at all from the street or neighbours. So I guess it’s a bit of luck how much noise you would get staying there. There’s also lots of stairs up to the apartment if you have lots of luggage etc
