Мы оплатили заранее, так как заселение позднее, а выселение раннее. На подходе к помещению начали связываться с работниками, чтобы выяснить, как нам все таки оставить багаж. За наши деньги нам порекомендовали сервис хранения багажа при этом на вокзале, с которого мы только что приехали. Сотрудники службы размещения ничего не делают без напоминания. А случае с багажом даже с напоминанием ничего не делают. Инструкция по заселению это отдельный квест. Во-первых пока не попросишь не пришлют, во-вторых приходит какое-то видео, размещенное на гугл-диске, где какой-то человек бегает вокруг дома, открывает какие-то замки. Код ячейки с ключами показывают меньше секунды. Это вместо того, чтобы прислать схему, фото и код. В номере 2 санузла Но в одном только верхний душ и очень маленькая кабинка без полок. Очень неудобно мыться. Шампунь и гель нужно оставлять снаружи. А во втором нет воды. Крупному человеку помыться будет невозможно.
• Fe Montes (4/5): Worst experience to pick up the keys, security box had pee on it! - The flat was pretty new It’s in a basement, the bathroom absolutely stinks of sewage and the mission to find the keys left at floor level a few minutes away from the main door was completely peed on my dogs. We had to touch that in order to put the code in. Absolutely disgusting

• Phebe (8/5): Super goed verblijf gehad, het was er lekker warm, twee bedden met donsdeken was aanwezig, klein terrasje en twee prima - De rustig gelegen locatie, de materialen zoals stofzuiger, strijkplank, strijkijzer.. allemaal aanwezig.

The heating turns off automatically at night, and u slept with 3/4 clothes . In bedroom are condition air and it’s work for warm just 39 minutes an after automatically switch off. On the last day, I didn't go to take a shower in the morning; there was no hot water.

• Valentin (1/5): Katastrophaler muffiger Geruch in einer UG Wohnung ohne licht. Dreckige Couch und abzock Reinigungspreise. Wenn dann Suc - Leider im Basement. Hätte Potential, so ist sie aber stickig und geruchsbelastet La im UG!! Wird nirgends erwähnt. Der muffige Geruch ist kaum auszuhalten. Hatte schon Bedenken, dass ich alles waschen muss um ihn wieder los zu werden. 110€ Reinigungsgebühr!!! Bei 100+ Buchungen nie gehabt. Absurd und auch nicht kommuniziert. In 98% der Fälle ist das einfach im Preis inbegriffen. Natürlich würde dann niemand diese Unterkunft buchen. Couch is dreckig. Türgriff abgefallen. Schublade im Schlafzimmer fällt auseinander. In der einen Dusche bröckelt der Putz. Beide Bäder ohne Fenster.

• Sema (7/5): Duomo ya yakın değil. Ev sahibi yaptığım ödemeyi görmedi ve bozuk banyo ile tekrar sorana kadar ilgilenmediler. - Ev geniş ve temizdi 2. Duş çalışmıyordu. Erken check in ve geç check out ödemesi yaptım. Sistemlerinde görünmediğini söylediler. Ödeme bilgisini gönderince neyse kalın diye mesaj göndrrdiler

• Micael Adrian (4/5): Good Location - bad Apartment - The area was very nice, restaurants a and god transport connections. The apartment was comfortable. The owners contacted me by WhatsApp fast enough. When we arrived, the apartment was clean. There was no bottle of mineral water, no salt, no sugar, and nothing more than the bare minimum. We had chairs in poor condition, a smell in the bathroom, and a major electrical problem: we couldn't turn on two appliances because the power went out. We were there for a month, and they didn't offer a cleaning service in between, nor did they change our sheets or towels. A disgrace for someone who spends a whole month in an apartment. I wouldn't go back there again.

• Phoebe (9/5): Comfortable and peaceful, in a good location. - Very spacious, felt cosy, comfortable and homely. Very nicely decorated and clean. Also had a washing machine and dryer which is handy. Was down a nice street with plenty of restaurants, and only about an 8 min walk to the metro, good central location to get to different parts of the city. We couldn’t get 1 of the showers to work, but there was another one so it wasn’t a problem for us.

You are about a 15-minute wal - The apartment has a very good location, the host is very attentive, we arrived early and had no problems leaving our luggage. There is an unpleasant smell outside, but everything in the apartment itself is perfect.

• Aysel (7/5): OKeyish - sent video was helpful for the key instructions. 2 bathrooms were great. location close to restaurants smell from both bathroom. water drain in the bathroom was not clean there for each shower there were slight flooding. in the pictures it looked like a small balcony looking outside but the flat is in the base of the basement , very dark and depressing. As location quite far for many places, you definitely need bus/metro. Sofa missed the pillows , it was not a pleasure to sit on the sofa- end up with back pain. there were not enough cutlery /plates/mugs/glasses for the entire stay and only 1 dishwasher tablet was provided. Apartment was very cool during the night and no extra blanket were provided. at the end we found the winter blanket but no cover this time- struggled with number of duvets/blankets.

• Claudia (6/5): Except the location, a lot of aspects need to be improved. - Although a basement, the location of the loft in the city is nice. Relatively close to Duomo. Another positive aspect is the street. Cozy restaurants. I booked the place for myself but my mom spent the saturday night with me. The host made me pay the municipality taxes for 2 people for the whole 8 days. The loft was dirty and dusty. Even the house clothing used by the last guests was there. The piping system was constantly failing at draining water (mainly from the bathrooms sinks). The internet only worked for the first two days. This was my first B&B in the world where the host didn't leave a single capsule of coffee for the guests. Same for hygiene products (two 20ml body+hair samples for 8 days). The trash room is on the stairs way to the loft and half the time it smells like garbage. The host takes a lot of time to reply back, mainly when I was asking for support finding the keys or asking for a place to leave my bags on the last day at the house. It was surprising to me that the host asked for a review of at least 9 'because even an 8 would lower our average'.

• Jenn (9/5): Great location, great facilities, perfect spot for exploring Milan and surrounding area. - Apartment is really well located, great area and walking distance to the city centre. Bars and restaurants on the street with great bakeries and coffee shops in walking distance. Apartment has great facilities including air con, great hanging space, 2x showers, ironing facilities etc., Perfect size for a small group of friends (3 adults and perfect amount of space). Really easy to get the train to Lake Como and around the local area. Perfect spot for a weekend city break. 5min walk to the nearest metro station. We loved our stay here, would have been great to have a couple of coffee pods to get started as it took a while to find some! Other than that everything was brilliant.
• Klara (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, close to really cute bars and restaurants and very close to the metro station, only 2 stations away from Duomo. It’s very spacious, and we loved having 2 bathrooms - very handy for groups. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. As it rained the first night, it was quite cold in the apartment and we couldn’t get it to warm up, I guess due to poor isolation. Also, it would be nice to have some kitchen essentials, like coffee to go in the coffee machine :)
• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Super spacious, quiet and elegant appartment, with everything you need. Located in a great little street with lots of bars and restaurants. Very clean. The hosts were friendly and quick to answer the messages. We definitely recommend.
• Kristine (7/5): Spacious apartment, could use air freshener - Close to metro, lots of restaurants and bars on this street. Apartment has many amenities, but note that if you plan on cooking you will need to buy everything, from oil to coffee pods for the machine. It's spacious, has high ceilings, and can comfortably fit up to 4 people. Sewer smell from one of the bathrooms, so we kept that door closed. Bathroom floor and showers weren't super clean. Bedsheets were not changed/clean prior to our stay. Stairway down to the apartment is a bit steep, and there is an elevator if needed for a step-free entrance.

• Jennifer (8/5): A beautiful apartment in a great area with lots of transport and eating options. - The apartment is very large and beautifully furnished. It has two bathrooms, washer and drier and you can cook there. Two Tvs. The owner was very helpful when a couple of things were not working properly and they were fixed straight away. The apartment complex is large but there are lots of gardens and plants and the location is excellent close to public transport, bars and cafes. Because it is called a Loft you do not imagine it will be partially in the basement. There are doors and windows so you can get light and fresh air. It is beautifully set up for two people and four is possible but not as easy as two people are sleeping in the lounge room area. It is one of the best set out apartments we have stayed in with very nice design features and beautifully painted. The ashtray full of butts in the little outside area was not great. The locked box to get the keys is attached to a road sign in the street so not the easiest access . There are a number of locked boxes in the street so it can be a bit confusing.
