Apartment was a great size for our fami - Apartment and location were fantastic Disappointing that there wasn’t enough pots/pans in the kitchen to properly cook. Not enough tea towels, no broom for the floor and no dish rack.

• Pam (7/5): Nice apartment in a good location just lacking a few minor things. - Good location. Very clean property. Kitchen facilities could have been better. There was no toaster or small fry pan just one big pot. There were tealeaves in the cupboard but no teapot or way of making tea. While there was a Nespresso machine with a few pods there was no instant coffee. It would have been nice to also have a box of tissues in one of the bathrooms.

• Victoria (8/5): Great location, great city views, good space for 2 couples or singles - Great location. One block to the free tram, and around the corner from the Victoria Markets. A short walk to Chinatown, the theatre district, and even Federation Square was not too far. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great and the city view from the 31st floor at night was fabulous. Nothing really.

Dirty clothes for drying dishes wet and used. - Can’t say I liked much about this property It was dirty the clothes for drying dishes was completely wet and used before we got there. Someone left the walking stick. Beds not as comfortable. It felt like someone’s home rather than hotel apartment stay. The lounge could have been nicer looks like old furniture from past.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - Great location, walking distance of city center. Very attentive host, waiting for us on arrival. Got a second pair of keys and asked for another pan to cook. All handled well and fast. 2 bedroom apartment, centrally located. Perfect for a 3 or 4 day stay in Melbourne. Well equipped. Long waiting time for the lift. Situated on 35th floor of a living tower. Lift can take up to 5 minutes to arrive. Parking is easy (there is enough parking available) but expensive.

Apartment was tidy, but there was a bit of dust in the bathrooms. Not necessarily the owners fault, but the shower design is flawed with water sometimes coming out the front.

• Meagan (10/5): Exceptional - The location to Queen Vic market and city centre were incredible. We liked how spacious it was for a family of three. The toiletries supply was very generous, eg. Real shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Great linen and hairdryer too! It was disappointing that the pool was closed, however the host was understanding of this and provided a reasonable alternative.

The location is in the heart of Melbourne CBD, so walking distance to a huge number of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. It's tastefully decorated (which seems rare with Melbourne CBD rental apartments!), and has a good-sized living area. The two bedrooms are spaced apart, which is nice for privacy and if you are travelling with a snorer! Would definitely stay here again.

• Akalia (10/5): Great location, fabulous host. - Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was absolutely perfect for our group. The property was extremely clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities you could think of were there (full kitchen, washing machine, tv etc). Short walk from Melbourne central train station. Which was super convenient. The host Eric (Xuan) was extremely hospitable, very responsive and an overall delight to deal with. We got a little lost finding the entrance, I think it would be great if a photograph of the entrance was added to the listing for future travelers. In saying that however Eric came straight down to meet us when we told him we were lost and showed us the entrance.

• Caitlyn (9/5): Gem in the city - LOVED this accommodation! This apartment was in a fabulous convenient location (hard to initially find due to the confusing address but once found it was great). It was beautifully set up & maintained; exceptionally clean; has an outstanding cityscape view; and the host was very friendly/responded quickly to questions. I would HIGHLY recommend! The single only downside was that the nearby parking house options didn't work well with our early international flight from the airport (car not accessible between 12:30am and 6:00am).

My family enjoyed their stay and they expressed that they would love to stay in Xuan’s place again on their next visit. Stellar location and very convenient. We can’t say more good things because his place is perfect. My senior parents definitely enjoyed the cozy pillow, matress, and beddings. Thank you Xuan for your hospitality! Till next time.
